This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We had a peaceful stay and everything was clean and easy to find. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Was very clean, could use a few upgrades. They didn’t have any extra fans like it said which would help with the heat and outside noise to sleep at night. Overall it was a great location and it was clean on the inside. I do wish they would have a better lock to the upstairs door.

We went over spring break and had 4 adults and 5 kids (between 2 and 8 years old). The house was clean, had plenty of space for everyone, and beds and couch were comfy! The older kids loved the bunk beds. The garage had everything we needed to spend the day at the beach… plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella (maybe 2), boogie boards, toys for the kids to play in the sand. The beach was just a few steps away… and had so many shells and shark teeth! We only wished we could stay another few days!

Great location on the bay with a quick walk to the beach. House is very spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it. The host, Kathy, was very responsive and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back

Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two of the bedrooms in the apartment for some separation. Joanne was very responsive to our questions and concerns about possible hurricane damage (none in the house). Beautiful view of Lemon Bay and short walk to the beach. We were even able to bring our boat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of four plus my mom! The upstairs primary bedroom was perfect for her to have her own space at times. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved to have lunch and dinner out on the balcony - a great view with lots to see, including dolphins that came right in front of the unit! An easy walk to the beach or Main Street to catch the trolley. We’ll be back!

What a fabulous place. We really enjoyed our stay with two kids. The swimming pool and garden really made it. The pool was set to a great temperature and easy instructions for the spa - the kids toys and inflatables were a bonus. Easy to walk to the beach and explore. Well equipped. If we return to Florida we would 100% stay here again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The pros were being able to walk to the beach through private gate access, anything we needed for the beach was provided including toys for kids, home had all the necessities, and the kids enjoyed the pool when we needed a break from the beach. A few cons would be because there is a lot of construction going on down this road (including the bottom units) we could hear work trucks in the mornings which disrupted any plans to sleep in, the bed in the primary room also had dips in it, and one of two dryers on-site did not work so when we started 2 different wash loads we had to wait for one load to finish before drying the other (not a huge deal but it was unexpected, could also cause an issue if there were other units trying to wash/dry at the same time). Overall the place is as described and our family was comfortable. I’d recommend this place to others.

Adorable and Fun place to stay at the beach! Leave your keys and walk to everything you will need- market, liquor store, restaurants, shops and so much more!! Hop, skip and a jump to the private saltwater pool and sugar beach!! Villa A has EVERYTHING you will never need for a beach stay!! From beach chairs, beach buggy, beach towels, beach bag, & coolers you name it...it's there!! Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, pans! Plenty of drinkware for entertaining & glasses for pool/beach!! Linens top notch! Villa is beautifully remodeled and decorated in beach vibes!! Enjoy the back patio with plenty of room to dine and have afternoon cocktails! There is an outdoor shower ( think shared with the other unit?). If you are a lover of French food, a must is Miquels, across the street in plaza! Simply Amazing! Take advantage of the trolley up and down the pass! Wish we could have stayed longer- Loved Villa A!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. Very relaxing. The pool and hot tub was big hit for us. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool. Location is great. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Shelley’s place was beautiful and comfortable. There were lots of stores a short distance away including Sephora, Old Navy, Skechers, Publix and World Market. Not far from Lido Beach and Downtown Sarasota.

The place was very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Carrick fixed one of our problems pretty immediately. And always responded to my messages. It’s a great location for the Sarasota siesta key area even though it’s not on the beach. The pool was very nice and for the cooler weather it was fairly warm. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This house was great! So clean! The view from the pool was beautiful and the pool itself was wonderful and warm. My family had a great time. Hope to rent it again next year! Thanks Donna & Robert

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely lovely. Very spacious, plenty of seating and spaces to be together, very well-equipped, nicely decorated, super welcoming - it was ideal for us. The kitchen had everything you need, the bathrooms were very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The pool area was amazing - lots of seating and a great space to hang out and be together. We loved the saltwater pool. An easy walk to get to the beach. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, and lots of nice-to-have extras like a cooler and a wagon to bring what you need to the beach. It was such a great house - I'm so happy we found it!

We had an exceptional stay here for the weekend. Tyka was very helpful and everything was provided. Place was clean, private, and very peaceful. This is not a party spot this is a great couples or family retreat. Minutes to anything you need and easily accessible with uber/lyft. Pool was great and kitchen had everything we needed. Will def consider this place in the future!

This place is really beautiful and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. It is really clean and the hosts were very responsive. We rented a golf cart which was really helpful since the beach was 1/2 mile away. The beach is beautiful and private...not crowded at all. The one restaurant on the island has decent food. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway then this place is perfect.

This is a very beautiful home. Great for a family or multiple couples. Several separate spaces to watch TV or to have a private place to read. The pool area was beautiful. Wish it would have been warmer but not everything can be perfect. Does have white furniture so make sure people are careful and eat and drink in kitchen. Overall just lovely!!!

Brian’s Superhost status is 100% accurate- he was great! The house was clean, easy to navigate and Brian was super responsive and gracious. The pool area is divine and the screened in porch overlooking the backyard was a great place to curl up with a book. We were within minutes of groceries, restaurants and shopping but the street was not busy or noisy. Definitely plan to stay again!!

This home is clean, modern, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable walking in the neighborhood. The kitchen did not have an oven no problem for us we worked around it. This home is in a great location to take day trips, shopping, restaurants, and several beautiful beaches. The pool was a perfect size and well maintained, the water sparkled. Exactly what we had hoped for.

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.
