This was my first time on Anna Maria Island so I really didn’t know where to stay and I’m so glad I picked this place! Was one block from the bay side beach, where I got to watch the sunrise every morning and a few blocks from the Gulf coast beach, which was just truly amazing. Unit 4 where we stayed was so nice. I had read some not so great reviews, and it truly upset me because it was so much nicer than what some of the people said. Everything felt brand new and the hide a bed in the living room still had the plastic on the memory foam mattress, and it was very comfortable. Cozy little clean place that felt like home to me… I can’t wait to go back♥️🌴🌊🥥

Excelente opción calidad-precio. Pequeño pero coqueto, calle tranquila y a 5 min de la playa. Colchones a mejorar, pero en general muy buena experiencia y buena comunicación. Lo recomiendo.

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and we love it! It’s the perfect size for 2 people and perfect location. We love how close it is to all of our favorite places and the beach. It’s always clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Exactly how they described it. Prime location to get easy access to more private beaches. Beautiful complex, my friends and I were able to do a little photo shoot just in the public patio space because of how aesthetically pleasing it was. Mainly very impressed with how cooperative and responsive the host was. Was very helpful with any concern I might've had. Thank you! Would recommend.

The accommodations were very comfortable and peaceful. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful!

As far as location and price go, this place is unmatched. Super affordable and convenient to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and the free trolley stops. Walking distance to everything! The private pool is a great option and the home was very clean! The two things which I would say to improve would be flexibility with check in and the WiFi was super glitchy. It is a busy area, which is fun but can be a little loud with people walking by and cars. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

What a little gem! If you’re looking for an intimate experience, but still want to be close to the action, this is the place. Proximity to beach and town could not have been better. The unit was pristine! Linens, bedding, cookware were all in brand new condition. Pool area was immaculate and served as a nice spot for reading and snacking after the beach. Loved the outside shower. We would stay again

Loved the place for our 2 families with kids. The kids enjoyed the outdoor activities and we loved the easy access to beautiful beaches.

This was an easy 5 star to give and the overall experience elicits this rating! Pro’s 1. Fully stocked kitchen supplies to use from Bowls and Plates to cooking utensils and storage containers. 2. Great Travel toiletries provided 3. Pool was clean with floats and the heat was on point! 4. Fantastic water pressure in the showers. Con’s 1. No pool Lanai. (Screened in area) I assume this was lost in the hurricane and never put back when it became an AirBnB and honestly not a big deal unless it’s bug season. 2. No seasoning at all in the house. This is the first AirBnB that didn’t even have salt or pepper in the house… maybe being picky but nice to have vs having to buy. Overall - Tons of space, good bedrooms, AC is good… lots to do and you aren’t on top of each other. We would stay here again!

This is a great house for those who want to be a short drive from the beach and have enough room for the whole family. Some very nice amenities like multiple TVs, a big kitchen, and clothes washer. Would definitely stay again.

If you can't stay on the beach, this is the next best place! Because it is a brand new renovation, everything was pleasantly clean and new! It is well-stocked with clean towels, linens, silverware, glasses, plates & cookware. The kitchen is huge with plenty of space to accommodate everyone and everything! We had a 11 of us, and the bedroom layout was perfect! The outdoor space was amazing and that couch inside was a dream! Some of the kiddos ended up sleeping there instead of in beds! Any issues we had (internet and figuring out the pool/spa) was addressed and handled immediately and exceeded our expectations! The only "downfall" would be the drive to the beach. It's not far, but traffic makes it a 30-45 minute drive to the closest beach. Otherwise, everything else is very close and convenient and the neighborhood felt safe :) If the need should arise again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! It was a great place!!!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 family vacation. Loved the basketball area, outdoor screened in patio, and pool. The kitchen was amazing - I have never seen as many utensils, pots, pans, etc. at any other rental. Top notch.

Great beach access, beautiful backyard. Dishwasher was not working and Vacasa responded within the hour and had repaired the next day. Nice updates to bathrooms and kitchen, deck and deck furniture need a good cleaning. Sprinkler system doesn't appear to have been working for some time, landscaping was mostly dead - not sure if owners are aware. Vacuum cleaner did not work. Very convenient location and very private, enjoyed our time there. Other than the few things listed, everything was as expected and we hope to come back!

Michael's place was as described. The house was quite comfortable. The best part for us, however, was the screened porch in the back overlooking the inlet. My brothers and I spent much of our morning hours out there, sipping coffee and watching the herons, ibises and a local osprey coming and going, and trying to catch glimpses of the manatees that cruise up and down the inlet. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to good restaurants and a Publix about a mile away. The location is pretty quiet. Occasionally we found ourselves in the flight pattern of airliners taking off at the Sarasota airport just to the south, but noticeable noise was rare and minimal. We had several minor issues with the place: a lockbox we struggled with on arrival, highly fluctuating water pressure, a TV that we struggled to get access to. But Michael was quite quick to respond and all problems were taken care of. (I would give some detail on the fixes but I am at the word limit.)

Very clean unit. Everything was provided and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Quiet location even though construction is ongoing.

Our stay was cut short due to hurricane Helene and having to evacuate, but the 1 night we did get to stay was great. Neighborhood was perfect, in a great location and hope to be back again someday

We were in town for soccer showcase at IMG. Great close location! Lots of space groups at kitchen area!!

Clean, easy to access, loved the pool area. Pool was not heated as advertised while we were there which was a disappointment.

We had absolutely the best time ever! The place is close by to all the hot spots. There is also a trolley stop just couple feet outside the resort that we used to go to the beach or the village. The place is very clean, up to date, and had all the necessities and more. Can’t say enough about it and we are a very picky family yet, this place exceeded our expectations. Photos can be deceiving but this place is exactly as described and better. The host was very responsive to all our inquiries as well! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The place was great, plenty of room, easy access, and close to the location we were visiting.

Joe’s condo was a great find for us. It was quiet and tastefully decorated and it appeared to have recently been renovated. The beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was a big plus, as I was traveling with my 96 year old mother to visit my brother, who is in assisted living very close to the condo. We also visited my two nieces and their families. The weather was very cold and rainy for three of the four days, which is unusual for Sarasota. I was just glad that we had this comfortable accommodation to return to at the end of each day. It cleared up on the final day and the sunset from the lanai was beautiful. Joe was responsive and sent clear instructions for an easy check-in and the place was spotlessly clean. I enthusiastically recommend.

The unit looked as advertised, we were very comfortable there, the Beds were very comfortable, my husband said they were more comfortable than ours at home & ours are new lol. If I had any questions I would text or call Michael & he would get back to me pretty quickly. The pool was great & Brand new , loved using the new BBQ & we took care of it , we cleaned up after every use unlike other people. It was so nice to have the washer & dryer. The landscaping was just getting started when we left , I’m sure it’s going to look Awesome when finished . My hope for the property owners is that they get people that care enough to take care of a place when they stay there. Michael you were a great host. Best of luck to you.
