House is very nice and comfortable in great location on the island. Location was outstanding few steps from the beach less than five minutes walk beach furniture are not enough for the number of people so plan ahead how you’re gonna get beach furniture from Goodwill or people who are already leaving. It’s very convenient to be close from anywhere on the island And there are restaurants and gift shops five minutes walking from there. Kitchen was great and very well equipped the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Furniture overall was very comfortable but if you use special pillows bring it with you. The isolated room is a great plus but two rooms have no privacy at all and one of the bathrooms doesn’t even lock They take the number of people in the house very seriously so if u have friends with u in the trip but not staying in the same house don’t invite them over. Cheryl was a good communicator even after check out. Love Anna Maria and will be back soon

We people think we know it all by reading half the instructions.1674 took me to the office. This was 12.00 am. After some time i gave up and decided to read everything on how to get in. We found it in a few minutes.🤣. Had a very rrlaxing time. Mark

We had such a great vacation at the Kiwi Cottage! The house was perfect & just as described. We loved having the private pool & hot tub. We rented the golf cart, which to me is a must b/c it made getting around the island & to the beach a breeze! Our trip begun with tropical storm Debby hitting us the first day, but the house was cozy, it sat high up & we had no issues at all! Craig stayed in touch with us to make sure all was good & that we were safe. Our dog absolutely loved the house too & felt right at home! Would definitely rent again!!

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

This home is exceptional in every way. It’s got everything you could want at the house and more. It’s also located so close to the beach. Madeline is excellent at communicating and the house was even better than the description!

This was a great place to stay for the week, very clean and quiet. Good location to get to either side of the island and the beach. Having the golf cart and beach gear was very helpful! Lynda was a great host.

A charming place on the Braden River. We loved having the option to kayak on the river or drive to the beach each day. We switched off to keep things interesting. The cookout facilities were fantastic. We never used the charcoal grill but we might have! The turtles, gators and birds on the river were endlessly fascinating.

Quaint beach cottage conveniently located near multiple beaches, restaurants and Anna Marie Island.

We were on a Florida road trip and stayed here for one night, but after staying wanted to stay much longer. Although the property is on a busy road, the accommodation is set back. It was deceptively large, well maintained and nicely decorated. It backs on to a lovely lake and is only 15 mins drive from Anna Marie island, which has some amazing beaches. We are already talking about returning next year.

Adorable, spotless duplex on a quiet street. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Hosts are responsive and pleasant. Will rent again when in the area.

Our stay at Canopy Cottage is one of our very favorite Airbnb places! We loved the uniqueness of staying in an Old Florida restored cottage. Jami had thought of everything we needed for stay and with fresh tulips on the table we felt very welcomed! We loved the screened in front and back porches where would start our day. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from restaurants, shopping and the beach! I would definitely stay at the cottage again!

Heidi’s place was exactly what we needed. Great location to amazing beaches and restaurants. The spot looks even better than it does in pictures and Heidi was very fast to communicate.

Everything was great! Gloria is a great communicator. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. Her home was exactly as described. She even went and turned the lights and ac on ahead of our late night arrival.

We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

This cottage was perfect. Loved everything about it. He even let us store our luggage there and get the beach key fob to go to the beach before the unit was ready to check into. Highly recommend staying at this cottage.

My fiance and I just stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The access to the beach was great, the home was clean and just as advertised. Tamie was a great host and was responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little beach Cottage. All Beds were soo comfy! We have been wanting to visit the area for years but everything was so expensive this is the perfect place. Short drive to Cortez beach and little further to Anna Maria but we checked them both out!! Hope to visit again in the future and stay longer!

He has everything . 3 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, full kitchen comfortable bed plus more. Close to siesta Beach and Siesta Key village!

Great place to stay in Sarasota. Very close to everything. Cottage has a homey feel and is comfortable. Great neighborhood to walk around in as well. Joe is very responsive to your needs!
