A great house for two families with kids! Very clean and spacious. The heated hot tub and pool was amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive. The drive to Siesta Key beach was short ever with traffic. We would definitely come back!

Casey was a friendly and responsive host! The house was the perfect space for our family and friends to stay together but have our own privacy! Any help or concern we had, Casey jumped right on it to solve our problems.

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

This was our second stay in this stunning home. Jennifer and Amy were excellent to work with. They respond to communication promptly and authentically cared that we had the perfect stay. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. My husband and I are already talking about returning. Highly recommend!!!

She’s Always Right is a spacious home that is better than the pictures show. Home was well fitted with all you may need during your stay and plenty of beach items. The house was clean, which we are usually picky about. This wasn’t our first time in the island so we knew what to expect but the property managers were great at communicating and suggesting things to do and places to eat. One thing that was a nuisance (though we never raised the issue) was that the plugs in the bathrooms didn’t work. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to this rental.

House was great, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if available whenever we’re in the area. The host was super responsive and helpful when needed.

I had a large party of 4 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house itself was stunning. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Definitely would recommend others to stay here.

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

Stay was wonderful. house was perfect, hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My family of 8 travels together so the two bathrooms was a little tight. Would have loved an extra bathroom or two for the price but the heated pool more than made up for it. The heated pool kept my grandson entertained and enthralled all week as did the toys made available to him. in addition, the childproof amenities were amazing and made the trip easy and relaxing. Cute place in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to parks, downtown and beaches.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

Melissa's house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice having 4 bedrooms and a screened in porch also. The place was clean and well kept. This was our second time staying here.

The condo was lovely, all of the furniture was comfortable and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking equipment and plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were comfortable and linens very nice. The location was really good, close to Publix and short drive to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We have stayed in many different homes and condos on Anna Maria over the past 15 years and this one rates as one of the top . The only drawback for us was climbing the stairs as we are past 70 now and not as nimble as we used to be😬. Brian was a great host! We highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I, along with our 3 kids, had the best quick getaway at Leticia’s Place! The duplex is only about 50 feet away from the beach, and we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach to the house for lunch, naps, or to just watch the sunset! The trolley stop is just around the corner, but we drove to most of the restaurants and shopping. The island is small, so getting around is very easy. With small children, we were grateful to only be steps away from the beach! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and spent just as much time in it as they did on the beach. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and kept mostly shaded from the sun, so it was nice to cool off down there or have a night swim after spending the day at the beach. Leticia was very responsive and made sure we had the best possible stay. We can’t wait to go back, and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfekt!!! Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, es ist alles da, was man so braucht und noch mehr. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, dennoch haben wir uns ein Golf Cart geliehen. Tolle Restaurants sind in der nähe zu finden und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strände auf Anna Marie Island sind ein Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an das Team von Duncan Real Estate

Karin is a wonderful host and responds quickly to any questions. She is conscientious and was sure to keep us informed when the dishwasher needed to be replaced. The house is clean and comfortable, the pool and patio area is spectacular. We would stay here again. The location was perfect for our stay in Bradenton.

Amazing house with a great location and above all, A HEATED POOL!! The backyard is beautiful and the whole house is great. Garage had a lot to offer as far as laundry, beach and pool equipment etc. My ONLY complaint is that it seems that at least one of the bed frames seems to be broken, very loud at the smallest movement.

Very nice home. Cozy space and beds. Nice pool. Our electric went out for about 12 hours so we couldn’t see anything the last night, but they were very attentive. It wasn’t their fault at all. Other than that, wonderful stay.

I cannot say enough great things about the hosts and this place. It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Love the patio with lights and a ceiling fan....the beds are comfortable...the kitchen has everything you need. We utilized the washer and dryer a ton and loved the beach wagon and cooler to use for our convenience. These hosts are top notch....I wish I could given them TEN starts. We will be back.......
