I enjoyed my stay here, can’t wait to come back! Dion and Danielle were more than friendly and accommodating. The Bungalow was very cozy and exactly what I needed.

Perfect location. Lubos is honest in his pictures... what you see is what you get... so this location is for those that are looking for central location, privacy, hospitality, authentic experience, cleanliness, adorable, safety, and simplicity.

Stephanie’s place is in a great location for easy access to downtown Sarasota and surrounding neighborhoods. Although I only booked the place to get ready for my nearby wedding and to stay night of wedding, I appreciate that Stephanie didn’t hesitate to ok me using it for 5 of us (2 young flower girls included) to get ready there. Her place is super clean and access is easy. While our stay was incredibly short, we did notice that she has a couple of binders with local info and carriage house info. Good selection of coffee for the keurig was appreciated. I highly recommend Stephanie’s place.

Susan's guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, yet convenient to everything. The pictures on the website are accurate; the house is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. There is a lovely private and fenced patio/yard that we enjoyed relaxing in with coffee in the mornings. The AC/heat unit was essentially silent, and worked great. Susan was friendly and quickly responsive to anything we needed. If we go back to Sarasota, I will definitely try to book Susan's house again.

Location, location, location! Ilene and Al’s place was exactly what we were looking for… a private beach for our family (that includes fur babies) AND a pool! Just like we imagined and similar to our stay in Hawaii. Al and Ilene’s place is as described in the listing and focuses on the surroundings vs the accommodations. The cottage is comfortable and quaint and meets basic needs for two people, but this property is all about the very rare private beach and beautiful surroundings that are quickly disappearing from coastal FL due to the overtaking commercial properties. Get it while you can and enjoy this rare gem… it won’t be here forever!

We loved our stay here! Would highly recommend to anyone staying around the area. Has all the amenities you could ever possibly need and the host was super attentive. 10/10!

Dianne was the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She, and her husband, were incredibly warm and welcoming. She was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address any issues that might arise. My casita shared their absolutely beautiful backyard and it was like having a terrific neighbor who also does your gardening! I can’t say enough good things about Dianne. She and the house were perfect.

Magical little place a short 13 minute walk to the Van Wezel. 5-minute walk to Publix. Such a cute spot for one or two people. The private backyard doubles the living space and has a hammock looking up into gorgeous trees. Has everything you need to make a nice meal, clean up and rest. Bed is very comfortable. A lot of light coming in through windows and double doors with no curtains, but I slept very well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay. The host is friendly, communicative, and responsive. Location is great to access a variety of locations in the area. We came to visit multiple friends and it was an easy drive to get to whereever we wanted to get to. This was our first time renting through Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience. The only suggestion we have is though there is a coffee maker availalbe onsite, it would have been nice to have coffee available to make. Very close to a 7-11 and a Publix though, so able to get for the next morning and left some for the next guests. Even though the space was within a neighborhood, it felt very private and cozy. We highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern und ab Sekunde 1 kommt genau der gleiche Charme auf. Wir haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das zugehörige Viertel ist sehr schön und der Weg in die Innenstadt ganz kurz. Genauso kann man von dort schnell an den Lido Beach, die Siesta Keys oder den Oskar Scherer Park fahren. Sarasota ist eine tolle Stadt, mit vielen umliegenden Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung. Die Unterkunft sorgt für die weitere Erholung nach den Unternehmungen und erholsamen Nächten.

Very clean & quiet. Pictures & description are accurate, no surprises. Great communication from owner. She offered many good recommendations of places to eat. We didn't have a car during our stay, which wasn't an issue. Downtown activities (riverfront & nice Saturday farmers market) about 2 miles, LECOM park about 1 mile, closest local grocery about 1/2 mile.

We stayed for four nights with the goal to see Siesta Key. It was perfect for us, about a 20 min drive to the beach and much more to do around the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This was perfect for our stay. We had fun-filled beach days and a peaceful night's sleep during our trip. The bathroom is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Thank you so much.

We had a great stay! The bed and pillows were super comfy! Loved the outdoor shower! The bathroom was clean and well stocked. We had a few opportunities to speak with Charlene and her husband when coming or going from the cottage and they were always super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third stay at Alexandra's place. New what to expect and it didn't disappoint. She always decorates for the season or holiday...nice touch. She even left a small Russel Stover's heart shaped box of chocolates in honor of Valentine's Day this time.

Literally the perfect spot! Everything you could possibly need and so close to so many neat spots. Pete was so accommodating and sweet. I will definitely be returning for any future stays.

John’s place was a great stay for a week in Sarasota. The cabana is great spacious living space. Great to have a separate bedroom. Very comfortable to feel at home in. Amazing to have pool and hot tub and the outdoor space. Thanks and hope to come again!

Our 2nd stay at the surf shack. Amazing time. Lots of dogs walks in the beautiful Robinson Reserve. Bike rides over to Anna Maria island . Amazing public market in Bradenton and I took home one of Mike Parrott's paintings. Jeremy has a few scattered around on the property. I called Mike and he painted the hogfish for me . A wonderful vacation much needed after a very cold winter up north!!

In late February we spent 10 days in Steve’s Unit in the Southside of Sarasota. We loved the location which provided easy access to downtown and the beaches of Sarasota. Several days we walked the lovely neighborhood and also enjoyed the pool. Steve is also quite generous in stocking the Unit which is very clean. The Unit does have some quirks such as limited lighting, no dishwasher and a second sleeping area that opens to the living space but it does allow for an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Azure Guesthouse. It’s very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Be aware that there is an open stairway, from the kitchen to the living quarters, in case one has difficulty with climbing stairs. Also, Nicole was immediately responsive to any questions. We highly recommend checking out this lovely place!
