Our family had a wonderful stay. Poolside and dock time had a resort feel. We so enjoyed viewing a dolphin, manatees and fish from the dock. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bikes and beach amenities were awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay.

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

Nicole’s home was very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything u could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The house was spotless. Nicole was an excellent communicator & took the time to check in on me. Having to enter & park in the back off the alley was not idea but it worked. The game room was really cute & a fun place to play. I highly recommend this property & host.

We had a great stay here! The pool was fantastic after long beach days, and we all enjoyed playing pickleball. The house was large, clean and very well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break!

We had a great time! The house is well stocked with anything you want for a beach trip. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and grill. We enjoyed the pool, feeding the turtles, and playing basketball. The house was spacious and close to many restaurants and the beach.

Amazing home to stay at with everything we needed. Very spacious, clean, nice open floor plan, and provided us a quiet place to relax if we needed it. Host was very responsive when needed and periodically checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved Nicole’s house! Everything was super clean and she was exceptionally responsive. It was so nice to have everything needed for the beach…a beach cart, chairs and a cooler. Plus, beach access was within walking distance. We ended every day in the pool. I highly recommend this place!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

We had a great vacation with our 10 mo old here! A crib was setup for us in the 2nd bedroom, we had a highchair and baby tub. It made traveling with an infant a little easier! We loved the pool since the ocean water was pretty chilly. We were a 10 min walk to turtle beach which we enjoyed one evening as we watched the sunset! Overall we had a great stay and our hosts were so welcoming and friendly!

Excellent little apartment on the river. Beautiful setting and easy to find. It fit our needs perfectly and was very clean. One suggestion would be to a few more mirrors. Maybe a full length on the back of the bedroom doors. It was a bit of a challenge getting 5 people ready with just the 1 tiny bathroom mirror. Other than that this was a great fit for us. Also maybe add a chair in the master bedroom like the guest bedroom has.

The place was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to enjoy the island and the night life. Was glad to be away from all the spring breakers! Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella to use!

By far our favorite Airbnb rental yet! Beautiful views of the water while listening to the different birds fly through. Hosts were available if needed on property. The bed was super comfy. Bathroom, shower and vanity were all a nice space. The wrap around porch gave a real taste of luxury waterfront living. At the end of the stay, this is the kind of place that makes you sad you’re leaving. Ginger and John, you truly have a beautiful property! Valerie and I appreciate you accommodating us, thank you!

We people think we know it all by reading half the instructions.1674 took me to the office. This was 12.00 am. After some time i gave up and decided to read everything on how to get in. We found it in a few minutes.🤣. Had a very rrlaxing time. Mark

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

We had a short 4 day get-away with my daughter and daughter-in-laws to celebrate a 40th birthday. This house was perfect for the four of us! It was a convenient drive from the airport and easy to find/check in after dark, as our flight was late in the day. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and every space was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were really nice! We didn't cook in the kitchen, but we had quick breakfasts and snacks and found it to be well stocked. The table on the screened in porch became our favorite spot to hang out with coffee and watch/listen to the birds! Kara was a great host, accommodating our late arrival, turning lights on for us and responding promptly to any inquiries we had during the stay. This property felt special and welcoming to us. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and plan to stay here again when we come to Sarasota!

Great staycation for my husband and me. Glamping at its finest. We will be back!
