We are a couple traveling to see new interesting places. Spend most of the day exploring the area, just need a quiet place to rest, sleep and cook dinner. This place was good for our purposes: quiet, private and close to many attractions of Sarasota.

Nice, clean home with easy check-in/out. The pool was well kept up, and the hosts were very proactive!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay at beautiful Anna Maria Island. The hosts were extremely accommodating with everything. From the great pet policy to installing a new pool heater on the very first day, the hosts were responsive and friendly. The house is just as described, walkable to everything we wanted, and had everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the new beach chairs and pool heater. It was lovely to be able to swim in the cooler weather. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog and have the bayfront access directly across the back entrance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Extremely responsive whenever we had a question and very helpful. The property is well located. We enjoyed our stay and the warm weather.

Wonderful house in the old section of Sarasota. Literally minutes from the airport and 1/2 mile to Asolo theater and the museums. Easy access to main streets. Clean and well equipped, with a handy book of instructions (I’m always surprised by how uncommon that is). Clara was flexible and helpful and always very responsive. 20 or so minute drive to a beautiful public beach with the most amazing sand (there might be other closer beaches), but we wanted to see this sand and the parking is very easy. Less than 10 min drive to lots of great local restaurants with easy street parking. Really fun mini golf 1/2 mile away. If we had reason to go to Sarasota in the future I would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key Fun House was a wonderful choice for a Spring Break Cousin vacation; plenty of room and a fun back yard with the pool and games. The cousins age 2 to 14 (all nine of them!) were soooo entertained. Great areas for each family unit to have some privacy and Michael was an extremely responsive host. Thank, thank you, thank you! Easy to make the trip to beautiful Siesta Key Beach and shopping and ice cream in cute little downtown Siesta Key.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Birute has thought of everything!! Her lovely home had everything needed for a wonderful stay. She really has thought of all the small things, like beach chairs, kitchen necessities, and so much more to provide for a wonderful stay. The home is not far from the beach and is really close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and home was squeaky clean and as described. She was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful stay and will be back of in the area again!!

Marie was extremely accommodating. She answered all my concerns very quick. She is such a wonderful hosts. I recommend this place 100%. . It is very spacious house . it is makes you feel at home.

Extremely Peaceful neighborhood. Backyard was the best- pool, lanai, landscaping was most pleasant. Leslie had everything that you need and then some- a lovely welcome basket is the icing. Plenty of necessaries like paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash- truly felt like a welcome guest. Also so close to downtown- a lot of plusses.

Edward’s place worked out perfectly for us. I was there on business and everything worked out for me and my team. We grilled while there. As most airbnbs the kitchen had basics for cooking. If I have another project in the area, I will definitely consider Edward’s place.

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

We had a wonderful stay at Williams place. It was very roomy and we loved the pool. Nice location!

This is a small well-designed and well run rental. The property was immaculate inside and out and recently updated. The appliances were pretty new. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again when I return to AMI.

Everything was seamless and I would recommend to others.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Escape to Paradise from December through March! The support they provided for me while I enjoyed my winter in their beautiful home was wonderful. The area is quiet and is very close to shopping and most importantly the ocean! During my stay, my children came to visit me and they enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful four bedroom home with a spacious living room and dining room that will seat10 people. If you are coming with little ones, they even have a Porta crib and a high chair. My family really enjoyed being able to take the wagon and folding beach chairs to the ocean. The amenities that they supply are amazing! Little things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer and sugar! They responded to any questions I had with in minutes! They made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage on Pine. It's a cute, small house with a very nice pool in the backyard, offstreet parking and very quiet, yet in a great walkable neighborhood midway between the beach and the bay.

Our stay at Canopy Cottage is one of our very favorite Airbnb places! We loved the uniqueness of staying in an Old Florida restored cottage. Jami had thought of everything we needed for stay and with fresh tulips on the table we felt very welcomed! We loved the screened in front and back porches where would start our day. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from restaurants, shopping and the beach! I would definitely stay at the cottage again!

Chad was extremely detailed and accommodating with his instructions and responses. Any questions I had were answered pretty much immediately. The space is beautiful with a comfortable bedroom and cozy living room. The best part was the sunroom that also included a washer and dryer. Great place to enjoy a nightcap. All described amenities were included and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Siesta Key.

This is a lovely old Florida home that has been updated and is very comfortable. It is spacious with plenty of seating. It’s just minutes away from Robinson’s preserve and not far at all from Anna Maria Island. Caroline is a wonderful host and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!
