Cozy little spot, perfect for a weekend get away

Let’s just say that my husband and I have not slept that well in years. The bed and pillows were so comfy that we took pictures of the brand to buy them at home. JoJo was super pleasant, the unit was absolutely spotless and everything was provided. We were worried that we didn’t have towels, chairs for the beautiful local beach- no worries! they were provided, even a cooler. They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Washer/dryer, plenty of towels, the all natural personal hygiene products. This place is absolutely worth every cent and not overly priced for the beautiful area!! Highly recommended…

We had a great time. All photos and descriptions are true. Before check-in we received very clear instructions. The accommodation was very clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We appreciate Yamira for the opportunity to live at her place, where we felt at home.

By far our favorite Airbnb rental yet! Beautiful views of the water while listening to the different birds fly through. Hosts were available if needed on property. The bed was super comfy. Bathroom, shower and vanity were all a nice space. The wrap around porch gave a real taste of luxury waterfront living. At the end of the stay, this is the kind of place that makes you sad you’re leaving. Ginger and John, you truly have a beautiful property! Valerie and I appreciate you accommodating us, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay- Julieth's place is super comfortable - a great mattress and two comfy sofas! It was roomy and clean - we will definitely be back!

We traveled with another couple. Walked in and immediately felt at home. Nice floor plan as it allowed us to be on opposite sides of the large living/dining room. Master bedroom had its own entry into the lanai, so it felt like we all had a bit of privacy. We were entertained by the various foul, turtles and fish in the pond backing up to the property. Pool is a bit smaller than photo looks but was adequate for our use. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pans and small appliances. And bonus... lots of spices and packets of condiments so we didn't have to purchase any of those items. If you're staying longer than a weekend, you may want to bring along your own soap and shampoo. Dawn responded quickly to any questions/issues we had before and during our stay and was kind and accommodating.

Albert is great host: fast to respond, accommodating for dropping items before check in, late check out, suggestions on everything to eat in the area including fresh farmer’s market for fresh meats and seafood to cook at the Airbnb. Albert left us a box of completely donuts to share for us and friends! Nice place in downtown Sarasota. We’ll be back.

Beautiful home with lots of space and plenty to do, 20 minute drive to all you want in siesta key, lido key, Sarasota and more. Amy was very quick to respond with questions, great with recommendations, and very helpful with extra baby items we requested for my niece. Would absolutely recommend!

Casey was a friendly and responsive host! The house was the perfect space for our family and friends to stay together but have our own privacy! Any help or concern we had, Casey jumped right on it to solve our problems.

This house was perfect for my party of 4 and it was well equipped. We had some initial challenges with the internet and coffee maker and Jennifer went out of her way to help us. She even delivered a new coffee maker within an hour of me reporting an issue. As with any home, things could go wrong but Jennifer was so responsive any challenges were n to an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of by Jennifer. Lovely property, well equipped and good location.

Extrememly responsive host - I did not meet Randy but met his property manager who was so lovely. The coffee machine broke and they came right over to fix it. The place was very clean and exactly like the description. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The backyard is beautiful.
