Great, cozy home, near the beach :)

Was a very cute place is stay again! Definitely would fit 5 people comfy no problem.

after staying at airbnbs over the last months, I saw the tiny house listing and was anxious to try. when I first arrived, I was a little concerned that it was TINY. but after moments I was very impressed what was available to my stay. a lot of thought was put into the project. it had EVERYTHING needed just in a smaller package! attention to detail was impressive. Jason and Paris even checked on me during a bad storm! thanks for that gesture. the outside private high fenced are basically became my living room. it was great with my furry friend. they also had a dog bed just for her in the loft. I really appreciate the privacy in an interesting neighborhood again great hosts and great experience.

The tiny house siesta vacation rentals are great! There are about 15 units total. This unit was just as pictured, and it's the perfect size for 1-2 people. There's a nice private seating area outside that I enjoyed during my stay. The location is convenient to various shops and restaurants in Sarasota. It's just over the bridge from Siesta Key and about a 10 minute drive to the beach. An uber to the beach costs about $8-10. The hosts were responsive and friendly. I would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the tiny house. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Megan was very attentive. We'll be back.

Perfect for our needs. Cute little converted garage, beautifully decorated with basics for your stay. Only complaint is that the hot water heater never got the water truly hot - we took lukewarm/cool showers - and no vent fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect.

The pool spa/hot tub was a highlight of our stay! The place was clean, well stocked, and very entertaining! Great hosts and location!

The tiny house was perfect. Just like the pictures! The house was super clean and had everything you need for your stay. Mary was a great host, very responsive!

Jennifer and Adam’s place was a wonderful retreat. We loved sitting by the pond watching the ducks and seeing the tortoise. The accommodations were cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved the evening lighting around the property. Jennifer brought us fresh duck eggs and answered any questions we had. Super friendly and just what we needed at the end of our busy days. If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet getaway, this is the place.

Thank you Dori! Shes very friendly and responsive! Loft is surprisingly comfortable and cozy. The drive to some downtown and beach places are like at least 30 minutes so keep that in mind.

We LOVED this place!! The host is very sweet and responded fast with any needs. The location is perfect as it’s about 5 minutes from the beach with traffic! Highly recommend staying in the Tuna cottage (The yellow one). There is a pretty dock with couches outside, bikes in a shed you can use, an ice machine, fireplace, and so much more! We loved it and got engaged here!! Great place for a couple or small family (big family if you can rent out multiple of the cottages!). As for restaurants near the house, we can’t recommend the daiquiri deck enough! We also loved the beachfront cafe, pizza social, swordfish cafe and the donut experiment!

Very clean & quiet. Pictures & description are accurate, no surprises. Great communication from owner. She offered many good recommendations of places to eat. We didn't have a car during our stay, which wasn't an issue. Downtown activities (riverfront & nice Saturday farmers market) about 2 miles, LECOM park about 1 mile, closest local grocery about 1/2 mile.

Tiny house was a perfect match for me during a time when I needed a place to stay. Josee and her husband were always responsive to any concerns. Plenty of cooking supplies and a stove. A key asset to have if you want to save a little money and cook for yourself instead of eating out every day. Two flat screen televisions (40" 32"), roku, access to almost all tv applications. High ceilings. I highly recommend tiny house to anyone that wants the "feel" of a comfy home during their stay.

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

We ended up choosing the triangle ranch because we loved the privacy of the spot and reminded us of our home. Everyone was very friendly and the cabin was clean and well maintained we would certainly stay here again if we had the chance.

He has everything . 3 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, full kitchen comfortable bed plus more. Close to siesta Beach and Siesta Key village!

Great time, very easy to find, and loved the firepit. Host was very responsive and offered to mail t shirt that was left there. Would stay again next time in Bradenton

Sonia & Terry were wonderful hosts. This Anna Maria Island guest house is a gem pact with value relative to the price of other properties on the island. While you and your guests stay in the guest house above the garage, you have complete access to the main homes beautiful pool and hot tub in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a gas powered grill, stove top, refrigerator, sink, etc. There is also an additional bathroom in this outdoor area that is very very convenient when enjoying the pool area. Communication was always quick and prompt with any questions during our stay. We really enjoyed our seven night stay and would definitely return when visiting AMI. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
