close to white sugar powder sand beaches, shops, grocery stores. the security was top of the line friendly and professional. awesome location. Cold A/C. hot showers. nice screened in pation. Zero complaints, we will be back again. thank you for letting my family borrow your residence for a week!

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

This was a sisters vacation….and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was beautiful and right near the beach. The pool was private and clean. We loved the feeling every time we walked in the door. We walked to dinner and shops and coffee. And any questions were answered right away. Can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this location. It had everything we needed and more. We always took the Frog Hop to and from the village. The access to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The beach was not crowded and was the perfect distance away from the main crowd. If I ever travel back to Siesta Key, I will absolutely be staying in the same location.

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

A comfortable and immaculate place in a great location close to Lido Beach. Lyudmila and Jeff communicated everything very clearly and the whole experience was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Colleen’s place was just as advertised and fit our group of 7 adults comfortably! She was great at communicating and responding immediately. Colleen was very accommodating throughout our stay. When she was made aware of a broken beach chair, she had 2 more mailed to the house that week! Her place has everything you need especially when traveling from afar; beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. There are multiple good places to eat and get drinks as well as convenience stores close by. Other shops and entertainment are a quick drive or Trolley ride. Would highly recommend her place!

Short review: extremely clean. Very responsive host. Great location. Pictures matched. Will stay again! Long review: this home was wonderful. It was in a great location on the N. Side of AMI. Lovely to have water front in the back of home and to sit and relax. Leslie was a great host and answered questions promptly at time of booking all the way until we left. One small issue did arise but Leslie took care of us as quickly as she could. That’s really all we could ask for. Beds were comfy and space was adequate for our family. There was a provided shed with beach items - chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon etc. that made it easy for our stay. I’m assuming it’s a “pay it forward” from guests previously. We left a styrofoam cooler :) very quiet location. Easy to walk to beach or hop in car and drive to one. Starter kit was provided upon arrival which was helpful. Fridge had ice/water dispenser which was very helpful as well. Loved this place and the hosts! Highly recommend!!!

This house was great for our family! Close to multiple beaches. The house was well stocked, the host was very responsive. The pool was great, there is a fire pit as well. The pictures describe this place well! If we stay in Sarasota again we would definitely book here.

The place was great with lots of space and a nice backyard with space to hangout by the pool, grill out and have plenty of space available for fun. The stay was awesome for our group of 16! They were very responsive with any and all questions we had.

The condo was beautiful and actually larger than I expected. Sometimes the photos are deceiving regarding the size of rooms and this condo is spacious and open. 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely return to this condo for future visits to AMI.

Céline's home was perfect for our family of 7. Celine was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile with details around the house for us to have a such an enjoyable stay. The house is walkable to a grocery store and the public beach. Sometimes you can hear traffic but she does an amazing job with the pool and waterfall to drown out the traffic and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard oasis! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything Céline!

The property was absolutely fantastic! 5-star quality and decor in the spacious and comfortable home combined with privacy and lots of entertainment opportunities on property. A beautiful pool with basketball, volleyball and lots of water toys provided. The backyard has beautiful seating areas, gas grills, putting green and corn hole. Beautiful Siesta beach is only a short walk away. They really did think of everything to make our vacation getaway perfect!

This was a perfect place for my families spring break. The house was spacious and very clean. Having the essentials was great ( beach towels, body wash, and general cooking needs).Along with the pool and the extra beach supplies helped out alot. The location is in a quiet family neighborhood which is a great way to decompress after a day of hanging around the beaches and towns. Siesta Key beach was a short 20min drive. Groceries and restaurants are very close and short drive. I would highly recommend staying with your family. Thank you for giving us great memories in Florida!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great long weekend here. 15-20 minutes to several beaches. The house is so unique will all the floor to ceiling windows facing the patio and pool. The furnishings were perfect for the space!

Beautiful space, modern decor & high end linens. Exceptionally clean, great location, 8 minute walk to gorgeous beach.

Unfortunately due to personal reasons, we had to leave the rental after 30 minutes. The place was as advertised. Next to beach. Rental was clean on arrival. during booking process, the Rental company answered questions quickly.
