Vlad was a great host! We did get to meet him on the first day of our stay, he stopped by to ensure everything was cleaned(messaging to ensure it was okay first)! He was welcoming & very accommodating, with so many recommendations and the willingness to ensure we enjoyed every part of our stay. The house was perfect, it was just the right size for our group as well as being loaded with everything we could think of or need! Definitely would recommend this beach stay to have all your beach supplies already available to you for when you arrive!

Amy's place was perfect for our extended family Spring Break trip. It was easy to get to beaches, plenty of local restaurants and activities, nearby grocery stores and gas stations. The pool was the perfect place to sit and cool off at the end of a long hot day of sight seeing and exploring. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to relax and spread out. Definitely would consider coming back to Amy's place on a future trip!

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! Our family loved our stay here! The home sits in a quiet neighborhood that is in close proximity to the beaches, grocery stores, and numerous great local restaurants. The house feels bigger than shown in the listing. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Chris was so pleasant and an excellent host! If we are ever back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

The house was great and they were great to communicate with. For us, our focus was for our kids and the combination of the huge community pool, the basketball court and the pickelball / tennis court side by side in the development was the highlight.

We had an incredible experience at Williams Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was exactly as described, super clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect with easy access to anything we need. The communication with William was seamless. we especially appreciated thoughtful amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay we will definitely be back when in the area.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was perfect and the instructions were well detailed. There are plenty of games and activities in the house to use and enjoy time with the family. The house was very clean and is located just off a main road that has plenty of dining options. Stefan was great and very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great host. Home was just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Instruction book and flyers to let you know what's in the immediate area and known landmarks throughout Tampa!

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked this last minute and the quick and consistent response and communications was awesome. He even helped since we were arriving late get us all set up with no issues. Beautiful view, great little cozy town with lots to do. We are definitely adding to our "return to" list!

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Wonderful hosts. The Berkeley Beach Club team, the staff from The Dewey restaurant and the rooftop bar servers were all great, helping us celebrate our anniversary with special treats, flowers, breakfast service and great warmth.

We were very pleased with our bradenton florida vacation! Jolien and Tobi made us feel very welcome and we settled right in so easily—comfortable king size bed, washer/dryer, easy sunny kitchen, nice dishwasher, and beach chairs—-(even a fountain view)—truly hated to leave!

Ken and Andrea were truly outstanding hosts; incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. It brought back memories of staying at a friend’s house growing up; warm, welcoming, and easygoing. We had our own private section of the house, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and very clean, and the entire home was peaceful and quiet. The location is also ideal, just a quick 10-15 minute drive to either St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key Village, or the UTC Mall. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had a great stay. I don't usually do a room in a home but I knew from the description this would be pleasant and peaceful. And I was not disappointed. Linda was communicative, helpful, and a gracious hostess. Waking up to a beautiful fruit plate each morning and coffee was splendid. It was nice having a small fridge right in my room as I don't tend to eat out much. And my own private TV. I was made to feel at home. I had quiet for late afternoon naps. It was everything I was looking for and more. The neighborhood is lovely and safe for walking around. Close to beach parks. Loved the art and decor throughout the home. Would stay again!
