We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. One small suggestion would be to provide a few basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and pepper—it would make cooking a little easier. Also, the supply of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags was quite limited compared to other homes we’ve stayed in. A little extra would go a long way. Overall, though, a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this place!

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We fled the cold of Minnesota and stayed here as a getaway for Spring Break. Before you even enter the house, Peter made you feel welcome and gave you everything you need. We were wow'd the moment we walked into the house: impressive, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredible amenities. We spent a large portion of our time in the backyard and it was a great little oasis. The kids LIVED in the pool, and we all loved how it was so nicely heated. Peter was incredibly accommodating to a couple guest requests, and his top-notch hospitality really shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'd highly recommend this house.

This home was great!!! The pool area the dock the losing everything was simply amazing!!! You will feel right at home here…. Don’t question it just book the home, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time! House had tons of space, and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is good, easy access to Manatee and Cortez Road. The only negative I can say, is that the road is a busy road. But a lot of busy roads there! Many wonderful memories made with the kids. Julia as well as Tatiana were very easy to work with and responded back to questions within minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

My friend and I stayed here for about a week. We had an amazing time: the location was spectacular and it was the perfect spot for two. Marisa was very responsive and helpful during our stay, we definitely had everything we needed including the beach towels and chairs she had! Only situation we found ourselves in was limited space for our things on the bathroom sink. All in all an amazing experience!

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

The apartment fit the bill perfectly for us. It was clean, well appointed, had easy parking off the street and was in a fantastic location, close to downtown, Tampa Bay, pharmacies, gas stations etc.

Charming, spacious, loft-style apartment in multi-use building. Private entrance via staircase from parking lot, with outdoor table and chairs at the top. Building and parking lot are somewhat active during the day but very quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay, expectations were exceeded, and I recommend this place to others.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway for natual lover. The house is very cozy, and kids had a great time. Great location with Beaches, boat tours, grocery, restaurants are all available nearby.

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

Loved the stay. The house was nice and spacious for 8 girls. Had snacks awaiting upon our entry. Very clean. Provided beach needs for our beach day. As long as you don’t mind ubering places the location was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect location on Siesta Key. The condo was clean and well equipped. Check-in /check out was a breeze and Barb was very responsive. We will be back 😊

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
