What an adorable beautiful condo! The interior was fun and eclectic, furnishings were tastefully arranged and comfy. Our kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. The exterior community was beautiful with an amazing pool and clubhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all of our family and friends 😊

We had a great stay at Denise's plave at th Burns Court suites! The apartment style suite was ideal for what we were looking for. The location was perfect. You could walk to the waterfront in one direction and to the downtown area in another. There were lots of boutiques, restaurants and plenty to do! Highly recommend!

The place was very nice- beautiful balcony with great view of the water. The beach was just steps away. Everything was clean and in good condition, and it had everything we needed. The only negative was that the pool heater was broken. Thank you for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Suzette’s place was exactly as described. Well-worth every penny. The place was extremely clean and well-kept. Thank you John for your flexibility with the late plane! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

This unit and location had everything needed and was literally steps to the beach. I loved that it was right next to many restaurants and shopping locations and also felt safe. Spending time on the deck overlooking the marina every morning or evening was an added bonus.

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Lea’s place is absolutely beautiful! Can we talk about kitchen? Literally everything you need, Which was a huge plus. Everything is within walking distance. My kids had a great time at the pool and fishing in the back. Very peaceful by the water. 10/10 ! The location of Lea’s place was an absolute lifesaver. This place is exactly how it is pictured and exceeded my expectations when I walked in.

We had a great week away from the Midwest at Cody’s place! The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each day while watching the sunrise over the beach! The view to the beach was beautiful! The beach was a very short walk from the condo. The condo pool was clean and the temperature was perfect! The location was also a plus! Very walkable (we did not have a car) to the grocery store, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants and local hangouts. The locals were so friendly and fun to chat with! Cody was great at checking in on us and making sure everything was as we needed! Our check-in and out was easy. Cody was very clear with directions to make everything smooth. The gentleman at the condo office was super friendly and helpful as well. This was our 2nd visit to this condo (1st time with Cody), and we would definitely go back or recommend this unit to someone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Unit was clean and as described. High ceilings were a nice bonus. Large windows and sliding door provided beautiful views from inside the unit while the balcony offered enough space for our crew to enjoy the views outside. Unit well stocked with kitchen supplies if you want to prepare your own meals but it’s just a short walk to lots of dining options and shopping. Easy walk across street to access beach and the provided chairs, wagon, coolers, etc. were very much appreciated. The YouTube video the host provided for check-in was a big help. We did not have any issues with check-in or our Instacart grocery delivery from the nearby Publix.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! I looked for MONTHS to find a home that would accommodate my group. Not only was there enough space, but it was minutes away from where we needed to be all week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and answered any and all questions so quickly. This was the best stocked kitchen our group has ever had and we rent 3+ homes every year. The 5 bathrooms were SO convenient as well. The home is BEAUTIFUL and is tucked away and in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood right off a golf course. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can! Thank you Hosts!

This little villa was a great place for us to stay for a week! It was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were able to walk them around each day, while still having the fenced in patio to play with them. The villa itself was clean and nicely done. Water pressure was fantastic! The villa was in a wonderful location as well for us and easy to get to different places!

Bettina was a wonderful host. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need....coffee, filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a coffee grinder. Not by any means a full list. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and close by, however a lot of traffic to and from, but don't let this be a deterrent. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bettina's homes. She keeps them well maintained, both inside and out. We stayed three months and enjoyed our time very much.

The home was very spacious indoors and outdoors. Great space for everyone to spread out. Outdoor area very private and pleasant. Great location. Convenient to beach, restaurants and many activities.

We loved our stay at the Longboat Key Beach House. The home was spacious and comfortable, and a great location - short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. Also, truly appreciate Debbie & Dave’s efforts to rehab the home - fantastic job!

This place was perfect for our group, we stayed before a cruise and it was big and spacious for us to get out of cramped cars as hang out! We were within driving distance to anything we needed!

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time at this house. Lot of great amenities, clean spaces, and nice pool with hot tub. We have a toddler and it had everything we needed!
