Elena was a lovely hostess. I enjoyed taking a break from. my crazy work schedule to sit with her and chat in her beautiful garden. Great location to get to beaches and restaurants. Safe and sector solo female travelers. Very thoughtful touches to make your stay perfect!

Lubos was a great host! He was so accommodating and warmly welcomed our two golden pups as well! The pool guesthouse and patio were super private. Pool was heated, comfortable and super clean. The poolhouse itself was spotless and had everything you'd ever need, even for a longer stay (we stayed for a week!). We saw Lubos a few times and he was personable and helpful. Thank you!!

Great place for what we needed. It was just 3 of us. Simple place. Extra pillows and linens provided. Laundry soap provided-nice touch! A quick 7-8 minute drive to the Northshore Aquatic Complex. Great sunrises and sunsets there! Easy check in with a four digit code. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere! This place could’ve accommodated 5! Comfy couch-watched a movie to relax. Simple, but had everything we needed.

We loved Leigh Ann's place! It's a beautiful little beach house, walking distance from the bay (and downtown St. Pete if you're in for a slightly longer walk). It was the perfect size for 3 people. Leigh Ann also provided beach chairs, a beach table, and coolers, which was so sweet and above and beyond. Highly recommend for any stays in St. Pete.

This guesthouse is one of the top three places we’ve stayed. Paulette has the guesthouse stocked with so many things you don’t normally find. We like to cook in frequently and Paulette has a full set of cookware available. Also, there were cooking spices. The surprise for me was a nice blender, because we enjoy having smoothies. In addition, Paulette offers a fully stocked laundry area. Plenty of pillows and linens for bed. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The guesthouse was spotless and we hope we left it close to condition was when we arrived. Paulette’s responsive to all communication was always within just a few minutes. The bedroom was extremely nice bc and spacious with a sizable dresser and chest of drawers. In addition, the couch in the living area is a sofa bed. We didn’t use it but it’s nice for b someone who may need it. Last, there is a very private area behind the house that is protected by a privacy fence where you can sit and tan, read or maybe take a nap.

Dianne was the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She, and her husband, were incredibly warm and welcoming. She was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address any issues that might arise. My casita shared their absolutely beautiful backyard and it was like having a terrific neighbor who also does your gardening! I can’t say enough good things about Dianne. She and the house were perfect.

Very respoinsive host. The cottage is spotless. Nice private outdoor space for hanging out. Appreciated the free Hulu access.

Dirk and Erika were wonderful communicators and the space was in an awesome location, we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. It was quaint and on a quiet street, we were thankful for a weekend away!

Only complaint is that we didn’t have any time to enjoy the amenities. Beautiful pool and lovely seating area and bar right outside our door, but we were so busy visiting family we only had time to sleep and shower.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern und ab Sekunde 1 kommt genau der gleiche Charme auf. Wir haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das zugehörige Viertel ist sehr schön und der Weg in die Innenstadt ganz kurz. Genauso kann man von dort schnell an den Lido Beach, die Siesta Keys oder den Oskar Scherer Park fahren. Sarasota ist eine tolle Stadt, mit vielen umliegenden Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung. Die Unterkunft sorgt für die weitere Erholung nach den Unternehmungen und erholsamen Nächten.

This place was so cute! It was the perfect size for us and matched the description exactly. It was clean, very well maintained, and on a quiet street. Beatriz was a wonderful host, always quickly responding when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter & I stayed here for a night before an early flight. There were plenty of food options within a few miles, and it was an easy drive to the airport. Cute, cozy place!

This is a hidden gem! The hosts did a phenomenal job making this place make you feel like you are right at home!!! Also quick to reply and very friendly! It’s quiet yet so close to everything st Pete has to offer! I’d stay here again and again!!

I loved this air bnb! So clean and homey. It was perfect for our trip to st Pete. Everything was close by and it was easy and quick to check in and out. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay! The bed and pillows were super comfy! Loved the outdoor shower! The bathroom was clean and well stocked. We had a few opportunities to speak with Charlene and her husband when coming or going from the cottage and they were always super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! Very lovely place, recently renovated so nice new appliances, lighting, etc.. Also in a very convenient location, close to the beach and downtown. Was happy to have reverse osmosis water as well.

He was very clear on his instructions . Everything on the listing was exactly what I found which was awesome, he gave you space and it was very nice to have the rental isolated away from the house. Very safe neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and bars. If you swim, there's a great swimming complex about a half mile away and Vinoy Park which is awesome, especially for music festivals. We brought our bikes which I highly recommend and safe to ride. Thank you Rob. I hope to come back next year for the RRU26 festival.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa’s place in St. Petersburg. The location was an easy drive to the beach, the bay, Central Avenue and more! The Carriage House is so cozy and the backyard oasis is a peaceful spot for morning coffee, reading, etc.

Cute historic place. Great location, easy to walk to downtown. Friendly hosts. Private tropical yard. Very well stocked, lots of supplies to cook there. Also comfy beds with extra blankets. Great water pressure in the shower!

Surf Shack is an amazing property! Very spacious, interesting, functional, comfortable, modern and homey all at once. Great value and clear communication from host. Tasteful decor, dog friendly, high ceilings and outdoor shower option. It was a bit of a gamble being a guest house. But actually it was very private with a separate entrance and secluded patio. The in-suite washer and dryer came in handy. Would definitely rent the main house too if our family and friends decide to join in the future. Great location! Literally 5 minutes to Holmes Beach & Anna Maria Island, dog friendly beach on the bay. Close to exploring Coquina Beach, LongBoat Key & St. Armands Circle with great shopping. My husband, dogs & I longed for nothing, but more time. Thank you Jeremy & Ria for an enjoyable stay.

Very nice home. Brent was always available and very helpful during our stay. There is a cute coffee shop just a few blocks away and the Keurig coffee maker with a nice array of different coffees is a nice touch. Neighborhood is quiet, a plus, and the front porch is an inviting place to sit, relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Next time we're in St. Pete we'll book this home again!

We had a fantastic time at Kenwood Cottage! Spencer and Ben were superb hosts who clearly put a lot of thought and care into every detail of the cottage, as well as their magical yard. The cottage was charming and comfortable and filled with so many nice touches, like snacks and toiletries and beach towels. It was beautifully decorated, too. The location made for easy travel to the theater area and the beach. (We had a car, but it was convenient to walk to the beach runner bus line.) I highly recommend this wonderful place and these wonderful hosts!

Our stay at The Boathouse exceeded our expectations! It’s a beautiful home, fresh and modern. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom spa-like and the kitchen well appointed for meals at home. We enjoyed the beautiful pool surrounded by the gorgeously landscaped private yard along the canal, all in full view and accessible from our deck. We loved the location. We basically parked our car and walked everywhere - the beach, restaurants, shops, theatre. It was a perfect home-base for our time in Anna Maria. Nicky and Bob were great communicators and super hosts going above and beyond to make our stay delightful. Their attention to detail and extra touches were much appreciated! The Boathouse is definitely at the top of the list for a place to stay next time we’re in Anna Maria.
