My family and I had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for the kids. Also, Michael and Denzil were very helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect spot for 2. All you really need for a getaway. (especially if you plan to cook at home vs eating out) William was great & responsive. Billy, who lives next door, was also great. Peaceful, pretty, private. Lots of wildlife! Loved waking up to the river in the morning on the porch. Kayaking is a must! Would stay again 🌸

We were the host’s first long term guests, and our stay was great. The host lives nearby and can come quickly if needed but always asks for permission first. The space includes a living area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and one full bathroom. We used the kitchen mostly for cooking simple meals. The location is very secluded, which we liked. A gardener comes by occasionally to work outside for a few hours but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note is that there are a lot of trees around, so your car may collect some leaves. Overall we had a great stay thank you so much!!

House was so beautiful and very clean. Sabrina was so great. I really appreciated her flexibility to allow us to check out a little later. Upscale furnishings and very well maintained property. I would definitely stay again. The outside area and pool was beautiful. The only con was the pool was not heated so some of us could not use it, I really tried but it was just too cold, even though the temp outside was in the high 80's the pool had not acclimated yet. But overall we really had wonderful family time :) Thank you so much Sabrina!

We enjoyed our short visit to the Bradenton area very much. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool as the water was still too chilly for us, however we enjoyed the hot tub one day. A short ride to all the beaches and many restaurants. We really liked Coquina beach, which was not as crowded as Bradenton beach, it had plenty of parking south of the cafe. The Cortez Fish market had the freshest seafood, we actually watched the fisherman bring in the fish directly from the boat. Star Fish Company is worth a visit as the cooked seafood was outstanding, The First Watch restaurant was great for breakfast. So little time and so much to explore, we can't wait to return.

A 5-star place to chill out! The views are amazing. There is a dock at both front and back of property. We didn’t catch any fish, but we enjoyed the time we spent trying. Very clean, tidy, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings. About 10 minutes drive to great restaurants on the water. Host was in communication with us throughout the week. She replied to every question within minutes. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

What a great spot. Perfect stay. Spotless. Extremely clean. It was exactly what I needed. A place I could stay with my dog and extremely fairly priced. This place was as comfy as they get. Perfect old Florida style yet everything felt new. This will be my spot when I come back from now on.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Very well-appointed AirBNB, with all new modern appliances and everything you would need. Access is very simple, and hosts are exceptionally responsive. Check-out was simple and easy. We will definitely consider staying again next time we visit St. Pete.

The place was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to enjoy the island and the night life. Was glad to be away from all the spring breakers! Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella to use!

By far our favorite Airbnb rental yet! Beautiful views of the water while listening to the different birds fly through. Hosts were available if needed on property. The bed was super comfy. Bathroom, shower and vanity were all a nice space. The wrap around porch gave a real taste of luxury waterfront living. At the end of the stay, this is the kind of place that makes you sad you’re leaving. Ginger and John, you truly have a beautiful property! Valerie and I appreciate you accommodating us, thank you!

To clarify, we were not the typical guest. We lived about 10 minutes from Lakewood National and knew the community very well. We had just sold our house and were moving out of the country. We needed about 10 days to tie up a lot of loose ends. Ray actuality showed us the condo before we rented it. Lakewood National is a great community and close to all of the Lakewood Ranch amenities. The unit overlooks a beautiful Par 3 green for all of you golfers. For us, it was a great stay and Ray made it stress free.

Would highly recommend for anyone else looking for a beautiful spot in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that's very central and close to downtown. We had an absolutely PERFECT wedding week.

We loved our stay at Nella’s place. We lived in DTSP for several years so we knew all the local spots. The walkable proximity to several restaurants and Crescent Lake was just lovely. A very short drive to the Beach dr area and the Pier. The space is tastefully decorated, cozyand clean. Literally the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. All of the expected amenities were available. Parking was simple and the outdoor space was really nice as well. Nella was quickly responsive to any questions during booking and during the stay. I look forward to returning multiple times as we frequently travel to St Pete. Thanks Nella!

We people think we know it all by reading half the instructions.1674 took me to the office. This was 12.00 am. After some time i gave up and decided to read everything on how to get in. We found it in a few minutes.🤣. Had a very rrlaxing time. Mark

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

We had a short 4 day get-away with my daughter and daughter-in-laws to celebrate a 40th birthday. This house was perfect for the four of us! It was a convenient drive from the airport and easy to find/check in after dark, as our flight was late in the day. The decor is beautiful, comfortable and every space was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were really nice! We didn't cook in the kitchen, but we had quick breakfasts and snacks and found it to be well stocked. The table on the screened in porch became our favorite spot to hang out with coffee and watch/listen to the birds! Kara was a great host, accommodating our late arrival, turning lights on for us and responding promptly to any inquiries we had during the stay. This property felt special and welcoming to us. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and plan to stay here again when we come to Sarasota!

Our stay at the cabin was great. The outpost was an awesome hangout and the cabin was small but fit our needs perfectly. I plan to make another trip down just to enjoy the outpost and all of the outdoor activities
