Matthias greeted us as we pulled in. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and very clean. The outside sitting area and pool were so quiet and private - made it the perfect spot to unwind after visiting family in St Pete. Is just a short drive to downtown for shopping and eating out, but many great local spots near by also. Will stay again the next time we need a spot in St Pete!

Karina hosted me and my dad when our house flooded. She was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would definitely stay again. Her back yard is lovely! The area is so cute and close to the beach. Thanks Karina!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown and the beach. It was very private and well appointed. Even had a backyard space. Plenty of towels, coffee and even had some water bottles for us. I would come again and definitely recommend to my friends.

I stayed three nights in Lazarus’s comfortable and private studio while visiting my elderly mother in Sarasota. I was busy with family things during the day, but enjoyed lovely early morning walks in the Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Quiet at night and a comfortable bed. I would like to come back!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

Location location location! This is your private beach hut on your private beach while only being 200 yards from the most popular restaurants in lovely Gulfport. Since Lisa’s property is separated from town by a small park it is so quiet you would think you were on a private island. Inside the unit you’ll have everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

What a lovely place with everything you need and extras too! Stephanie is super-friendly and we felt right at home.

Precio calidad. El departamento era para 2 adultos y maximo 2 niños, me lo aclaro la dueña y la sinceridad es importante. Estaba muy limpio, contaba con accesorios que me ayudaron mucho, como sombrillas de playa, juegos para niños, reposeras. En la casa contaba con juegos de mesa, acceso a netflix. Cocina completa con accesorios varios. Baño equipado con productos de higiene personal. Realmente recomendable!

It’s exactly like the pictures. Fence was actually painted white but if anything is prettier. Walking distance to Publix, HomeGoods and many other places. Short driving distance to everything. I annoyed my stay.

Perfect for our needs. Cute little converted garage, beautifully decorated with basics for your stay. Only complaint is that the hot water heater never got the water truly hot - we took lukewarm/cool showers - and no vent fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Barbara is a great host! So accommodating, responds promptly to all messages. Her place is PRISTINELY clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with whatever you need. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and beaches. We will be back!!

We had a great stay here with our 1 year old! We were in the area visiting family and this was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our short visit. It was a bit strange to not have any windows in the whole place, but since we didn’t spend much time there during the day it was okay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Elizabeth’s place. The location is perfect and quiet. Close to everything you need. The apartment self is very clean and comfy. Will stay there again for sure.

Lili's place is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. It is a solo Airbnb and it's 100% perfection. Her place is clean, cozy, and safe. It has been remodeled and has softer colors than the pictures. It is beautiful. The bed is heavenly. The bathroom was fully stocked. There is a kitchenette that is fully stocked as well. There isn't a cooking option, not even a microwave, but that shouldn't stop you from booking. There are several restaurants and cute shops you can walk to in 2-3 minutes. The shopping center with Publix is about a 5 minute walk. The beach is a short 3 mile drive. Lili's place is conveniently located to anything and everything. I loved the area overall because of the multicultural shops and restaurants. Lili is a wonderful. She is proactive to communicate, and does so clearly. She is quick to answer all messages. She is super sweet and checked on me the first day I got in and again on the third day. She is fabulous. If you're traveling solo look no further!

Absolutely a great stay. It was perfect for a couple nights going to watch Orioles spring training probably backyard which was perfect for my dog

quiet neighborhood just a short and cheap bus ride away from basically anything you want to do in the area. My dog and I explored the surrounding areas from Palmetto to Venice using the bus.

James was the most wonderful host his place was spotless. He’s very friendly. He was very helpful. It was awesome having a washer and dryer that we were also able to use. He definitely had a spotless place and his yard and lanai and surroundings were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back there. Overall had a great experience with the property and Kim!! The place was clean and had everything you needed in a great location. Kim was a terrific host, extremely responsive and checked in proactively to make the experience seamless.
