Great place to stay, great host!

This rental was fantastic , a little walk to the beach, but that was okay. It felt like we were at home as everything we needed was there, including kayaks ,paddle boards lifejackets , chairs, snorkel equipment. I liked the electronic keypad door lock, having an early morning coffee on our own little quaint private patio, an outdoor shower and seeing the mansion across the street. The most interesting part of our stay was the time spent kayaking along the point of rocks, extending down the beach for a few miles and then being able to walk for several miles in the other direction along the siesta keys wide and white sands

JoJo's rental was exactly as described. They were super responsive and friendly. Their location was near everywhere we needed to go. The rental was clean and very pretty. This place was perfect for the price and location at Sarasota.

The Airbnb was extremely clean ! The air conditioner worked great!The bed was comfy!

JoJo was an excellent host - the unit was spotless...super easy to access. I will be checking JoJo's availability for my next Tampa trip.....

Marc’s place was a great stay. Very clean, had everything my dog and I could have needed for a few days, and a great location for access to the beaches and many restaurants. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable. I appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and sturdy beach umbrella. Poop bags and doggy steps provided which are thoughtful touches. Marc and Michelle are very friendly people and I appreciate them sharing their space with me. Thanks for everything!

View was amazing. Morning sunrises right from your deck. We loved watching and listening to nature right off the deck. Located on a quiet dead end street. Lots of supplies were provided by host from sunscreen to bug spray. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Charlie was very attentive, not overbearing. If you read the description you know. Exactly as they said. So much in walking distance. Breakfast? Frays doughnuts can't be beat. literal 2 minutes walk. I feel terrible for braking the ashtray. I hope I can at least attemp to replace. 10 out of 10 would definitely do it again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay- Julieth's place is super comfortable - a great mattress and two comfy sofas! It was roomy and clean - we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with lots of space and plenty to do, 20 minute drive to all you want in siesta key, lido key, Sarasota and more. Amy was very quick to respond with questions, great with recommendations, and very helpful with extra baby items we requested for my niece. Would absolutely recommend!

Casey was a friendly and responsive host! The house was the perfect space for our family and friends to stay together but have our own privacy! Any help or concern we had, Casey jumped right on it to solve our problems.

We stayed for three months and it was a home away from home. Waking up to sunshine (mostly) and green foliage + palm trees was a great way to start the day. Ty was very helpful and responsive to questions. Easy drives in either direction for shopping, to do things near downtown, or to visit the beach areas on the Gulf. It was a great experience for us!

We walked to LECOM park - although a 2.2 mile walk it was enjoyable ! House was awesome - spacious , pool was awesome - very nice place for a fraction of most places . This was a MLB spring training week for family and I - we went to 4 different parks and used this as a base. In my infinite wisdom I showed up a day early - Jennifer was job to jump through hoops to allow us ro check in a day earlier . We didn’t want to put her through that but just her willingness to do so was so so nice . Will stay again !!

We loved Taylor’s place. It was the perfect setup for us. We had 2 families of 4 sharing the house. One family took the lower duplex and one the upper duplex. It provided us privacy but then the pool in the backyard provided a great common area. We spent most of our time in the pool. It was the perfect temperature, clean, and great for kids. We loved exploring the island on the 2 golf carts. What a fun way to get around! The beach was less then a 5 minute walk. Taylar provided all the beach essentials that you would need which made it easy for us to get to the beach and relax their comfortably. The house had everything we needed.. kitchen supplies, pool toys, beach supplies… all in a great location. We can’t wait to come back.

Stef and Ross were as ideal of hosts as one could ever hope for. Very accommodating during a challenging time. House was in great shape and exactly as described. Easy and responsive communication. Having two work areas was huge for us... as both my wife and I work from 'home'. So having that access during an extended stay was critical for us. There wasn't anything we looked for or needed that wasn't readily available... kitchen, linens, bath, and even tools all were well-stocked. All-in-all... couldn't have found a better place! Thank you!

Nicholas’s place was perfect for our trip! The house was just as described, and very neat and clean. There were lots of great amenities: fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make meals for 4, and the bathroom was clean and also had some extra toiletries. The beds were comfortable as was the living room. Would definitely stay here again!
