this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

Our family had the best vacation here! The condo was so beautiful and clean, great location, and a very friendly, responsive host.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

We had a very nice family vacation! The location was walkable and the Freebee transportation was great! My only complaint would be the kitchen was lacking in essentials, and it would have been nice to have a few things on hand. We hung out and did a lot of cooking together. Communication was wonderful always got back to me right away! Thank you for sharing your place with us❤️

This home is very clean with comfortable beds on a quiet canal. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Carlos has supplied everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to all forms of entertainment (games, puzzles, beach supplies, picklepall, corn hole, kayaks, and bicycles). Carlos is an exceptional host. During our stay, the washing machine went out. He responded quickly having one delivered as soon as he could and gave us a gift card for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back next year. If you are considering this home, do not hesitate to book!

Absolutely loved this place! Owners were so quick to respond when needed, and the community felt like home. Right around the village and the beach! The back area was absolutely beautiful- watching boats, seeing dolphins, and sitting on the dock. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful and modern. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and great room. Nicely decorated, and plenty of natural light. The screened in porch looking over the water and right off the great room was where we spent every morning with our coffee. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Large towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. The real gem is the pool/ hot tub area. We stayed six weeks and had most of our grandchildren- nieces and nephews stayed with us for a week at a time. They never left the pool, and their parents never left the hot tub. Both of them had digital controls that we controlled- a real plus. There was nice lounging areas that showed signs of hurricane damage but it was minimal and expected. The next greatest thing we witnessed was an extremely responsive host. Keriann was the best host we have ever encountered. Something missing had it that day, something broke it got fixed within two days and she listened to what we thought would make it better.

I stayed at this home with a group of 5 and had a wonderful time! The house is clean, cozy, and modern and Edina is an excellent host. She was very accommodating, answered messages quickly, and provided everything we needed. The house is a short walk to the beach and a quick trolley ride away from the Village. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key. Thank you Edina!

We just got back from a week at Mary's wonderful home. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all. EVERYONE loved the house. 3 stories AND it has an elevator! Great for transporting luggage It is decorated so beautiful with comfortable furnishings. Mary is a wonderful host, easy to work with, informative and swift to answer any questions. This is the perfect spot for a large family or group of friends. The kitchen has everything you need. The game room was so much fun. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. You can fish off their dock and kayaks are provided! There are 3 great restaurants within walking distance. A short drive or walk around the corner brings you to a nice park to watch the sunset on Tampa Bay. We enjoyed watching 2 dolphins daily on the canal from the spacious balconies. Sunrise, sunsets, a full moon, and 2 space shuttle lift offs. Absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Loved this place!! Short distance to many places! The house was better than pictures! Loved the porch! Would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by several upgrades which were not included in the original listing, like 2 newly renovated bathrooms, and a new covered poolside pavilion outside. It appears a new outdoor kitchen is under construction. The travertine pavers surrounding the pool are elegant. The dock over the water is new, and a great spot to gather with friends. And, there’s an outdoor shower! We travel with two non-shedding dogs, and we truly appreciated the fenced in (other than the waterfront) back yard. In addition, there are generous unpaved spaces where the dogs can relieve themselves. This home is on a quiet street, yet in the resort district, with many stores and restaurants within an easy walk. This is on Boca Ciega Bay (inland side), but likely only 2,000 steps to the Gulf side beaches - the best of both worlds. We really were hoping to rent this house again next year, but sadly it’s already reserved for our time frame - “snooze, you lose”, so if available reserve it now!

Coastal Cowgirl was a great place to stay for spring break! Plenty of room to spread out inside, and large deck out back. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need! Alyson gave us a long list of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. And she was super sweet and very communicative. I would definitely go back!!

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

The properties at One Particular Harbor are lovely. Spacious, upscale yet comfortable, amazing view of the bay. The three bedroom at 396 Aruba Circle is sooo spacious and allows every member of your family their own space to spread out. The kitchen was well accommodated, there were lots of beach towels for use and beach chairs too. Loved the proximity to Anna Maria Island and the Floridays restaurant.

Had a great stay. Convenient location for supermarket, restaurants and beach. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! David is the most helpful and friendly host we've stayed with. His home is beautiful. We enjoyed the screen porch every morning and evening. Sunsets are just gorgeous. We enjoyed the close beaches and restaurants of Anna Maria Island. Hope to return!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful and wonderful Helena’s place is! We were able to walk every where. The pool is so nice and we view is so peaceful. We grilled out one night and saw dolphins. The condo was super clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!
