Had an excellent stay at Leons property, fully recommended.

I spent the holidays at Delisha's place and I most say my family and I really enjoyed our time there, It was a very short notice after our previous host canceled a few hours before our stay and I must say Delisha had save our holiday. Her response is a 10/10 her home is definitely a home away from home and it was our first time staying in that location and I must say I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Patrick’s home was beautiful!!! The pictures do no justice, neighbor hood was peaceful. Just everything about the home is perfect! I also asked Patrick for help with transportation he referred someone named Andrew. Andrew was the best, so helpful! I think he would’ve driven us all around Jamaica if we’d asked lol To top it all off I left behind my wedding ring and Patrick is willing to mail it back to me!! Thanks so much Patrick. I’ll definitely would stay at your home again.

Beautiful, Safe & Peaceful Location. Up in the Hills & Away from the Busy Areas, which is exactly what we wanted! All the rooms were very comfortable. The home in itself is quite Spacious & includes a beautiful backyard! The hosts & grounds staff were extremely helpful in accommodating even the most minute details. Highly recommend if staying in Mandeville & would absolutely rebook.

This is my home away from home while in Jamaica! Niva is so accommodating and sweet as pie! Plus this property has a wonderful view of the ocean! It’s nice to see ships coming and going! Friendly neighbors and the house is equipped with everything for your comfort! A++

It took me a little while to write this review because I’m still there in my mind. My experience at the villa was amazing. I was lucky to book the same day and the host was gracious enough to allow me an early check-in. Everything was so clean and well kept. She met me at the villa and was so friendly and provided clear instructions on how use everything and I felt right at home. The villa was large and comfortable for a large group even though it was just me. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Repeat guest group & it was great The house setup allowed for some persons to be working while others relaxed. Kitchen was even better than we remembered & great for pizza making. Being in walking distance of gym and pool was fantastic. The group will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time.

Adehya was absolutely amazing for our week-long winter family vacation. We had 7 people and were very comfortable in the villa. This was a chill-vacation so we only did one excursion during the week and spent all days at the beach (short 5 minute walk) and having family nights at the Villa. The beach has a nice bar and restaurant and the bar is open day and night. The villa itself is simply beautiful. Spacious 4 bedroom and loved the master with outdoor bathroom. I also can't say enough glowing comments about the staff -- Willy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Miss E and Miss Jackie -- also fantastic! They are all great communicators! They work 9-5, mostly - though were accommodating when we had dinner after 5 a couple nights. The Silver Sands neighborhood is lovely. Matt was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during as I asked a bunch of questions off and on. A family vacation to remember! Would come back to Adehya again!

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

Private spacious, quiet, intimate, family, friendly neighbors was really nice. Sunsets was beautiful and much more security was very good.

This is our second home. Jullett and Joan are always amazing! The attention to detail is always right on point and even the smallest additions always have a big punch. We'll be back soon!!

Great house, very clean and modern. The location is also excellent to explore the region, so we stayed 7 nights. Yshanna is taking care very well for the guests, responds very fast. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.

Absolutely loved the house! It was in a gated community with a beach that was less than a 5 minute walk! The house has everything that you need, and matches the description! Lorna (chef) , Michelle (maid) and Ernest (pool maintenance) were amazing! Lorna your food is AMAZING! I wish I can take you home with me. Thank you and I will absolutely come back and stay at chase farm. Highly recommend!

My stay is always wonderful at Tricia Beautiful Home. Literally a home away from home, peaceful, comfortable beds and sofas, well decorated Oasis. The Host is very responsive if u ever needed for anything, So Just go ahead and book if it’s available, you will not be disappointed. Also a pool and hot tub is under construction as we speak so i cant wait to return so i can Enjoy .

Great Facility and location, beautiful sunrise on the beach which is footsteps away. Perfect for family..Kiran was absolutely great with her communication, and accommodation.
