Very clean and tidy property. Michael was very friendly and showed me around the property. I’ll definitely be staying her again.

Great accommodation and helpful host. A few little elements that would be good to have like hand soap, hand towels and bath mats.

Great location for events at Salford Quays. Easy walking distance to theatre and restaurants.

Location was perfect for our weekend visiting my daughter at university and Davis kindly allowed my other daughter to stay last minute with us for no extra cost. Access to the Quays was great as was hopping on and off the tram. Convenient to have Sainsbury’s next door too. Views were great from the 12th floor and we were completely unbothered by Storm Darragh. Flat was warm and comfortable. An extra sofa in the lounge would be great if hosting the maximum of 4 guests - we were cwtched up on the one lovely sofa Saturday night for the I’m a Celeb Cyclone episode! Parking situation was disappointing as original listing stated secure, allocated parking space however this was no longer in place when we arrived. As we stayed on the weekend we were able to park on the street however had it been a week day we would have had to pay for parking nearby as there were restrictions on single yellow lines. The flat overlooked the street where we parked and the walkway was well lit to the foyer.

If we travel here again, we will definitely choose to stay here. From the inquiry before booking to the completion of the reservation, the host was very proactive in answering questions. The activity space is not large compared to other accommodations, but it is more than sufficient. The facilities are comprehensive, including even a hair dryer. My partner and I both found the mattress to be comparable to that of a hotel in terms of firmness. The variety of breakfast and drinks offered is greater than at other accommodations. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into the stay, creating a homely atmosphere for guests.

Very nice property having recently been refurbished throughout. Very spacious. Very comfy sofa. Very nice TV. Very nice bathroom and shower But, best of all the responses to queries from the team were prompt and very helpful ! Highly recommended !

James is a friendly and approachable host. He has great local knowledge and can help guests feel at home. The room is spacious and the kitchen facilities are quite complete. Shopping is convenient with easy access to public transport. This place is highly recommended.

A very comfortable and well equipped bungalow, the kitchen is a particular highlight! Good location as close to Altrincham. The host is excellent, quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend this property.

Friendly host, room was just as described, quite small. I found it fine. (I’m 5’5”) Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean. Tour given of space. Overall a pleasant experience.

Really friendly host. Check in was really easy and he was flexible around our plans. There is a tram a short walk away into Manchester, ideal location with some lovely parks and brunch spots only a 5 minute walk away.
