We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa splendida tenuta a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia. La location è semplicemente perfetta: immersa nella natura, con una vista mozzafiato che lascia senza parole. Gli appartamenti sono curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, con un design elegante e raffinato, e una pulizia impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. L’host è stato impeccabile: disponibile, accogliente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, contribuendo a rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Un’oasi di pace e bellezza che consigliamo a chiunque voglia staccare la spina e godersi la magia della Maremma. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Se si potevano mettere 6 stelle le avremmo messe !

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

Danke für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Umbrien! Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert. Annalisa und Ulli sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber:innen, die ganz besondere Empfehlungen für die Umgebung haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, um sowohl Umbrien als auch die Toskana zu erkunden. Wir waren drei Wochen dort, um zu arbeiten; das WLAN funktioniert auf dem gesamten Gelände, sodass man auch an schönen Schattenplätzen unter der Pergola oder beim Pool am Laptop sitzen kann. Wir werden noch lange an diese schöne Zeit zurückdenken!

Our stay at Chiara and Stefano’s beautiful agriturismo was nothing less than amazing. The serenity of the surroundings, the passion for wine, the peaceful pool, and the appartment fitted with all you need made our holiday amazing. Chiara and Stefano are kind and very helpful, we went to the dinners twice and you cannot miss out! If possible, join the Muralia wine tour with Stefano, you will leave smiling and enthusiastic about wine. We felt right at home and genuinely will come again in the future.

Alessia e’ stata un host cordiale e premurosa veloce nella conversazione. L appartamento pulitissimo e’ ben disposto e dotato di molto confort .. al centro del paese e sulla via principale… consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa splendida location

L' appartamento di Ivana è molto spazioso, in una posizione centrale sia in paese come nella zona. L' appartamento a piano terra è caratterizzato da ampi spazi molto adatti per famiglie con bambini, la casa è dotata di tanti confort e sicuramente il doppio bagno è un valore aggiunto! La signora Ivana è sempre stata pronta e disponibile in qualsiasi momento per consigli locali o per eventuali spiegazioni sull'appartamento. Massima disponibilità anche per il nostro check-in e check- out in quanto avevamo tempi stretti. Il paese di Fonteblanda dista 6/7minuti di macchina dalle belle spiaggie di sabbia della zona, come la spiaggia Osa, e 5 minuti di macchina dal mare con scogli come ad esempio la spiaggia Bengodi, meritano essere visitate, oltre al bellissimo paese di Talamone che si vede a spicco sul mare. Per la nostra famiglia è stata una bella vacanza veramente! ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille anche alla signora Ivana!!

Nous recommandons chaudement le logement de Gloria, dans un décor enchanteur, tellement bien aménagé, confortable, et parfaitement équipé. Tout y était, le feu paisible pour les fins de soirée, les étoiles par milliers visibles grace à l’emplacement isolé, un espace pour jouer au soccer avec le but et même un ballon pour le bonheur de notre garçon, la balançoire sous les oliviers pour notre fille qui vivait un enchantement!!! Même des produits locaux à déguster, qui nous ont séduit dès la première bouchée. Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de ce logement, des images à couper le souffle et des moments en famille d’une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce paradis et vous remercions pour tout, je n’hésitera pas à recommander ce paradis à tous les voyageurs! Merci encore, vous nous avez fait découvrir la Toscane avec appétit et douceur Vous êtes des hôtes parfaits!

Francesco & Samantha are the true meaning of Superhosts. They truly cared that we had a postive experience and thier communication was always prompt, courteous and caring. Our family stayed here for a 2 week vacation and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal. It is located in a small historic town which is close to larger cities, historic sights and multiple wineries. The property itself is beautiful and better than described. We loved adventuring during the day and coming home to this peaceful location before sundown. Sitting in the private garden, drinking local wine while watching the sun go down over the spectacular scenery was such a perfect ending to the day. We give this property our highest recomendation and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you Francesco and Samantha for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Falls ich noch einmal nach Rom pilgern sollte, werde ich definitiv wieder bei Diva übernachten. Sie hat ohne zu zögern meine vom Regen durchnässten Kleider zum Trocknen aufgehängt. Sogar im Kühlschrank und davor gab es ein paar Leckereien. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterkunft!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

The apartment was roomy and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The view off the balcony was spectacular — a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee. Pietro was a great host, helping us find a parking place when we arrived, advising us on local restaurants, and immediately responsive when needed. Highly recommended for a stay in this region.

Pietro was amazing! The apartment was lovely, clean and we felt very comfortable. He answered quickly and we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend.

Andrew and Paola are very special hosts. They showed us a local hot spring and gave us a big bowl of salats from their garden. The garden is BEAUTIFUL btw. With a lots of lovely spots, where you can sit and drink coffee or think about nothing. In the kitchen were oil, coffee, tea and spicies. We especially enjoyed the process of setting fire in the stove. :) There is also a gas stove where you can cook. It was a bit fierce, but if we used the lowest power setting we were even able to make amazing pancakes. The sorrounding is very calm, you can only hear the birds singing and sheep bleating. Or Andrew humming :). The Archaeological Park of Vulci is very close and it is worth your visit. The only challenge here is the driveway. Is uneven and full of potholes. However our passenger car dealed with all the journeys with no big problems.

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

La casa è molto vicina al centro del paese. Spaziosa con grande terrazza esterna. Utilissimo Il garage vista l’impossibilità di trovare un parcheggio. Alessia è stata precisa nelle informazioni e gentile.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

Die Gastgeberin konnte zum früheren Check in nicht da sein, aber sie hat uns so gute und verständliche Anweisungen geschickt, daß wir die Wohnung alleine öffnen und betreten konnten. Eleonora ist eine ausnehmend angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Sie hat alle wichtigen Punkte ausführlich und gut mit uns besprochen und war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war warm, der Wasserdruck in Bad und Küche war sehr gut und auch heißes Wasser war reichlich da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, der Weg in die Stadt (ca. 10 Minuten) ist selbst nach einem langen Tag noch gut zu bewältigen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen, wer Wert auf eine ruhige Wohnlage und ausreichend Parkplätze legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Altstadt von Grosseto ist sehr sehenswert, man fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Cristiana noemt dit een magische plek en ze heeft helemaal gelijk! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze heerlijke plek! Het appartement met prachtig terras voldeed helemaal aan de beschrijving en overtrof onze verwachtingen. De communicatie met Cristiana verliep steeds erg vlot en erg vriendelijk. Het was voor ons een droomvakantie en we komen heel graag nog eens terug!!!
