Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Soggiorno incantevole appena fuori dal centro di Gubbio, appartamento enorme, infatti ci siamo stati largamente tutti e 7. L'host ha fornito indicazioni utili riguardanti il come e dove spostarsi in città, compreso un percorso escursionistico, locali più frequentati e eventi folcloristici. Inoltre è stata fornita una colazione con prodotti confezionati, basic ma soddisfacente, abbiamo apprezzato molto. Per il resto nulla da segnalare, l'appartamento si è presentato come da indicazioni e l'accoglienza perfetta.

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

Siamo stati alla casa la sartina una notte per andare il giorno dopo da albus alpaca, la posizione è perfetta, a soli 5 minuti dall'allevamento, e a circa trenta minuti da Montalcino. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i riscaldamenti accesi e siamo stati benissimo nonostante il freddo esterno, la casa era pulita e tenuta in condizioni perfette. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights in Panzano in Chianti. The home was very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of surrounding hills and valleys. We stayed at the end of a more urban-focused trip in Italy, and it was wonderful to stay in Panzano and breathe clean air, drink great Chianti, and eat very good food. The hosts were communicative, and helped us with questions, and a good guidebook to the local region was provided. I'd stay there again if I get back to Italy.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
