The photos do NOT do justice to the beauty of this location. There are literally thousands of archeological sites in the area and the central location is a dream, especially in the winter when it can get cold at night. You know those real estate photos that make a house look larger? Well, Lynn's photos make the place look smaller. Plenty of space for a couple with a convenient kitchen. The biggest attraction is the radiant in-floor heating in the bathroom. So nice to stand after a shower and feel the warmth moving up from the feet. Got a sense of the outdoors between the wide open space around the cabin where a buck was chasing females for hours one evening. Definitely a beauty and at an great price. Can't beat that.

This was my 2nd (2-week stay) at Sarah's place. The house is comfortable the location is in a very walkable area of Cortez.

Ashley's home was perfect for our large group. The home was clean and Ashley was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for; a small dog-friendly cabin not too far out of town with a wood stove and a deck of cards! Beautiful property, we would stay again.

Truly a beautiful experience in a wonderfully unique cabin and genuinely welcoming hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our trip. The venue space is absolutely incredible and the entire property is surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

This house is located close enough to the main street and far enough away to not hear it. Perfect location if you want to relax and enjoy the town. The home was very clean and the parking was a short walk away if you want your car protected in a garage which was heated and secure. Nice touch in the cold winter months to keep your car off the street. Great communication and would highly recommend this location and would stay again.

Our third time here. The house is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Unlike many rural properties it has good internet, too. The host is always responsive and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back again.
