The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and just a short walk from the beach. Madhuraj really put a lot of thought into making sure everything was taken care of—from kitchen essentials to clear instructions around the property. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, lots of parking space, power backup, and more. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, Madhuraj was super helpful and proactive. He shared detailed recommendations and a list of phone numbers and links for easy access to restaurants, experiences, activities, and more. We’d definitely love to come back again, and I highly recommend this place to others!

It was a great stay, all thanks to our friendly hosts. The place was beautifully placed , surrounded with greenery, still very much accessible from main road.

What stood out during our stay at Blue Oasis farm was family like interaction and personal care by Ms. Helen, Susie, Jason and their lovely children. The overall experience was just great-the drive through Charmady Ghat from Bangalore, the property nestled within the large scenic green beautiful farm full of coconut and areca nut trees, herbs, flowers, and banana plantation. The dip in the Phalguni river that runs through the property was really special. The food with ingredients from the farm was delicious. Jason showed us planets and stars with his telescope. The location itself provides access to temples, waterfalls, treks, and beaches within a 1 - 2hr drive. Susie gave us map locations to these places. We trekked up Karinjeshwara temple (four yugas temple), spent a great time at Padubidri beach near Mangalore, visited the Annapoorneshwari temple just 30 mins away etc. We bought fresh food products, and cosmetics from the hosts. Next trip to cover more. Highly recommend.

Excellent host. Sandeep was very cooperative to any request. We travelled with our pet and it was very comfortable. There is a huge farm behind the house for long walk. Place is very close to Karkala. This place is max 90 min journey to any point you want to travel in Udupi or Mangalore districts. Hence can be used as center point. If you are looking to stay in coastal district a bit away from city, this is the best place. Karkala is just under 40 mins from here. Should you need any help, Sandeep is super helpful and a wonderful host.

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

I had a great stay at this property! It was exactly as described in the listing—very decent, clean, and well-maintained. The space was quite spacious and came with all the essential amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, ample parking, and hot water. What made the stay even better was the host, Praveena. He was extremely kind, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!
