Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

We decided in our 5 week holiday to 10 different towns and cities this was our favorite. W hope this house is available next time.

Laura's home was lovely -- very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views from every room. It looked just like the photos: charmingly retro, with all the amenities we needed. Laura greeted us warmly and gave us a map of local attractions and eateries, including a bakery right across the street and a coffee shop just up the hill. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we didn't realize how narrow and windy the roads are (we should have arrived before dark -- our fault), but Laura's place was easy to find, just off the main road and not noisy at all. Felt like a slice of heaven.

Das liebevoll sanierte Haus war ideal für unseren Herbsturlaub mit zwei Kindern. Es liegt im charmanten alten Dorfkern mit engen Gassen und bietet allen modernen Komfort, inklusive einer Pelletheizung, die bei dem kühlen Wetter für angenehme Wärme sorgte. Die Aussicht auf den Comer See ist atemberaubend! Laura und Carla waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Wandertouren. Wir haben viele Esskastanien gesammelt und im Ofen zubereitet. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

We had a wonderful stay in Lezzeno hosted by the amazing Emi. The views from the apartment were stunning and the place was spotless with everything you would need for a short break. Very comfortable apartment and very well organised. Emi went above and beyond for us. Apart from the best welcome we've ever had, she also helped us out when we got stranded in Bellagio.

Great place on the calmer side of lake Como, very peaceful at night and very walkable distance to the lake and the towns around!

All communication before, under and after the stay with Matteo were very accommendating and helpful - we felt helped all the way, also with travels schedules to and from the appartment. At arrivel Matteos friend Roby met us a the pier - a very warm person who made absolutely sure that we felt welcome, and gave us a quick tour of the village. The appartement itself were located just on the water, and to me the location has some of the best views of the lake. The village is very quiet, we slept with the doors open every night and felt asleep to the sound of the lake. If you look for relaxation and tranquility this is the place. We ejoyed the greenway that lead you to Lenno and Tremezzo. It is a 30 minutes walk to Lenno with splendid views, where you can buy your groceries. We would be keen to return next week if we could. We would like to thank Matteo and Roby for being so helpful and keeping the house and appartment as charming as it is.

We loved Alice's place! The pictures don't even do the beauty of the surroundings justice, and if you are looking for a quiet and private escape into nature then it will be the perfect place for you. The place was very clean and had everything you could need for cooking at home - when we had an issue with the stove Alice came over within 5 minutes to help sort it out for us. The balcony was our favorite part - and perfect for enjoying breakfast overlooking the lake or stargazing at night. The surrounding village is very quiet and you must plan to go to the grocery shops during the certain times when they are open or make a reservation at the restaurants to ensure you will be fed. Everything you could need is still within walking distance and Alice's instructions make it very accessible to find all the local spots if you go about it intentionally. This was a perfect nature retreat and do not hesitate to book!

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Dave and his family were very welcoming and had excellent communication throughout our stay. His father picked us up from the ferry station and took us on a small tour around Gravedona village which was very helpful. The house was beautiful, the views were breathtaking and the hosts were just amazing. Thank you Dave for this wonderful house, our trip was well worth our money!

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Even on a rainy day we had dramatic views as clouds moved over the lake. Paola checked in with us often making sure we had everything we needed and responded right away when we had questions. We prepared a fabulous meal one of the evenings and had everything we needed in the kitchen, just like home.

Wow - what a place! The house, the garden and the Outstanding view from the terrace and pool, and Elena and her husband were extremely nice, responsive and helpful. We would love to come back to this gem!

A beautiful hidden gem on Lake Como! Incredible view and an authentic cottage like experience close enough to everything and far enough from the busy tourist areas!

Dejligt sted, koldt ved ankomst( der tændes for varme 20/10) Det var jeg ikke klar over, men der var elektriske varmere . Det lykkedes os at få et relæ til at slå, men Federico var meget hjælpsom med at løse problemet 😊Fantastik udsigt, en del trafikstøj, det er jo Italien. Velfungerende wi-fi som vi brugte meget ( måske for meget ) Som sagt et dejligt sted men trafikken/køreturen til Como er lidt belastende. Men da vi har været i området før kom det ikke bag på os. Glemte lige den gode private parkeringsplads , dejligt at man ikke skal holde på gaden!

The apartment of giulia and marco is really great and perfect for a stay at lake como. The hosts answer extremely fast and friendly all questions. We especially enjoyed the balcony and its view during breakfast or in the evening. The only real downside is the proximity to the street and the trainline, which is noisy during nights. In total, we can totally recommend the apartment 👍

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten sogar noch tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Hereintragen des Gepäcks.Francesco war stets erreichbar und gab uns super Tipps.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser top sauberen, wunderschönen Wohnung mit eigem Seezugang und wunderschöner Aussicht.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauchte.Unsere Kinder (8&5 Jahre) liebten den kleinen Spielplatz vor der Wohnung und den jederzeit freien Zugang zum See.Vielen Dank Francesco für die tolle Zeit in deiner Wohnung,wir würden es jedem unbedingt empfehlen und werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wiederkommen!

Ein echter Schatz! Ich muss zugeben, dass ich das Haus gemietet habe nur wegen der Lage und der abenteuerlichen Erfahrung mit dem Boot überall zu fahren. Es war super! Das Haus haben wir eigentlich kaum benutzt, denn wir waren nur mit dem Boot unterwegs. Aber abends haben wir das Haus schön genossen mit dem Feuer am Kamin, Pizza aus dem Steinoffen und einem super Ausblick von dem Luganersee. Wir haben uns dort so wohl und frei gefühlt. Wir waren zu viert und ein Hund. Das Haus hätte aber Kapazität für 6 Personen, wobei für mich sind 4 Personen meine Grenze. Es gibt nur eine Toilette und zwei Schlafzimmer. Bei 6 Personen müssten 2 im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Es gibt aber ein zweites Haus direkt nebeneinander, falls die Gruppe größer ist. Wir alle fanden das Haus toll und wir hatte super Wetter - 22 Grad jeden Tag Ende Oktober - Anfang November. Mattia war immer sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir wollen sicher zurückkommen. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. We can very much recommend Daru‘s place and hope to come back!

Wir waren für 8 Nächte, Mitte-Ende August, im Cottage und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der Kontakt mit Marina, Antje und Andrea war überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Antje und Andrea sprechen Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu eingerichtet und hat uns vom Stil super gefallen. Sie ist einfach aber stilvoll gestaltet. Was man braucht ist da und auf Unnötiges wurde verzichtet. Der Hammer ist der kurze Weg zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Strand, den man sich ausschließich mit den Nachbarn teilt. Im Unterschied zu den öffentliche Stränden findet man dort auch Schatten und kann so leicht mehrere Stunden lesend und schwimmend verbringen. Der kleine Garten am Cottage bietet sehr viel Ruhe und Rückzug. Zu unserer Zeit gab es viele Stechmücken. Es scheint, die sind nur deshalb da, damit man sich noch nicht gleich ganz im Paradies fühlt.
