I can’t say enough good about this property. I LOVED the location. Like listed, it is just one block from the French Quarter. It is on the “quieter side” of the French Quarter which is more my speed. Don’t get me wrong, I loved spending some time in the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St but I enjoy spending my evenings listening to music at the local bars and I preferred many on this side of the FQ. I didn’t have a problem at all with the noise. I was out until 11 or 12 each night but the noise didn’t seem any louder than having the TV on. I do sleep with a sound machine but wasn’t bothered by the noise at all. The host was responsive and quick to offer suggestions. I was planning on getting a rental but after talking with the host, it was clear that was not necessary. I am so glad she steered me in the right direction. The property was exactly as listed. It was easy to find and was perfect for the NOLA experience. If I ever find myself back there I would seek this studio out!

We came into NOLA for the Louisiana Derby and this location is fantastic. It is an older neighborhood but everything about it felt safe and it was very convenient to be able to walk to the track. Victoria did a great job making us feel welcome and available if we needed anything she was readily available.

Just as pictured. Clean! And a responsive host. Zero complaints. Would stay again .

Tony was a great host ! He was very helpful and communicated well when I needed help with anything ! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly would have stayed longer cause it felt like home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay with friends the week after Mardi Gras. The listing was close to the French Quarter, about a block from Canal and two or so from Bourbon. It was nice to have two full bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was perfect for breakfast in the morning. We didn’t get to use the pool since it was a bit too chilly but would be a perfect hang out spot when it warms up. The view from the rooftop was amazing though! Mary and her partners were very responsive when we had a coffee machine issue or asked any questions. I would definitely stay here again since it was so close to everything and very walkable.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

We loved getting out of the touristy area and enjoyed their quiet, peaceful home. It was very walkable to restaurants/ bars and public transportation. Particularly enjoyed their serene backyard. You can tell the hosts are passionate about being hosts so we felt very comfortable. We hope to come back!

Bianka is a great host! The apartment was as advertised and move in ready! A great spot and experience all the way around. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit has lots to check out with all the decorations and interesting items. And there are plenty of snacks and extra toiletries if needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for morning coffee. Scott and Jeb gave great instructions and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were extremely informative. As a native of Louisiana who has traveled to New Orleans numerous times, our hosts recommendations of unique local places was a fresh change! This Airbnb will be a repeat for us in the future. The travel tooth paste kit was a lovely touch as my husband did, in fact, forget his tooth brush! This Airbnb is a hidden gem.

I loved staying at Marigny’s place. It’s a great location, very walkable to nearby French quarter and Bywater neighborhoods. Space was clean and perfect for a weekend stay.

Staying at David’s properties is always a pleasure!! I know that I can expect to walk into a comfortable space equipped with the things I need. Everywhere I have stayed has been just like the pictures if not better! From booking till check out, he is informative and easy to reach if needed. Will definitely stay again.

We wanted to be in walking distance to Tulane and are happy that we chose Alicia’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and a very nice walk to campus.

Jeremy and Emily’s place was amazing! Close to everything you might need and a great location to just have some down time without lots of noise!! Emily was very helpful when I had trouble with the lock to get in the house and helped me figure it out! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet get away or even just a place to stay that’s close to Tulane!

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

The Bywater Oasis is a lovely, clean, secure reprieve from the bustling city. Everything we could need was included, and our hosts were always available to answer any questions. Thanks Rajeev and Kourtney for the wonderful stay!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.
