This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

This is a stunning property: a beautiful house and lovely gardens and pool. Scenic vistas abound. We were able to really spread out and enjoy the house for an extended family reunion. Special shout-out for the living room, which had huge comfortable sofas, blankets and a wood-fired stove for warmth—great for cozy movie nights! Lots of thoughtful touches like electric blankets, comfortable beds and the best-equipped kitchen I’ve seen in an Air Bnb. Loved the local wines provided too!

Beautifully styled and private cottage for a very peaceful getaway. The surrounding property is breathtaking, especially in the evenings with the sun setting. Maria was extremely hospitable and her special touches of baked bread, jams, fruit and bacon was greatly appreciated.

Our stay at RedHill was brilliant! The cottage was gorgeous and clean. We also loved all of the games and activities available for the children. The surroundings were beautiful and our host, Karen and her family so lovely and responsive. We had the most wonderful time and will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beautiful home. David was very helpful with all questions and flexible with anything we needed to bring onto his property. Thank you David and family for allowing us to stay we surely enjoyed it. Amenities are complete and beds couch were comfy plenty of room for our big family to have our own space each.

I have stayed at the White Place Home previously and found the property perfectly maintained and close to all that I wanted and needed to do in Orange. A pleasant walk to several quality restaurants and the park. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean and fresh. I would certainly stay here again.

This farm stay was an absolutely delight! A peaceful oasis for our trip to Bathurst. The calm peaceful environment made for a lovely stay and the farm house was such a treat to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and friendly sheep that would welcome us each night!

The Gem of The West is a very tastefully and cleverly renovated, clean and light cottage right across from the hospital. This was very convenient as my mum was a pt there. We were able to have our two little doggies with us which is always a fantastic option. Giamia was very easy to communicate with and very kind with her responses. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen easy to use and the air con and fans were very much appreciated.

Thank you so much! While we were out all day at soccer, we loved this house so much. Exactly what we needed our group and Blaire was an amazing host - excellent communication. I highly recommend and am hoping we can book again for next year :-)

We particularly enjoyed the board games. We appreciated the good quality of the kitchen knives and utensils which made food prep a breeze. There was a good selection of books, games and dvds for people with younger children.

Middlesex is a spacious federation house which has been meticulously and faithfully restored to provide a special treat when visiting Orange. The house is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. Beds are large, comfortable and with top quality bedding. Middlesex is walkable to Orange town centre. There is garage space for two cars. We found Angela to be a caring, communicative and responsive to our requests. We had a very pleasant stay in Middlesex :)

We LOVED this house! It was all recently refurbished and so, so beautiful! The kitchen was very modern and easy to use with lots of cooking equipment, beautiful dishes and glasses, and a great gas stove and oven. The lounge room was gorgeous, with an extra air conditioner (in addition to ducted air conditioning throughout the rest of the house). There was an additional sitting room adjacent to the the kitchen, with an extra TV, which was handy for our daughters. The master bedroom, where my husband and I stayed, was absolutely beautifully appointed and had an ensuite bathroom next door. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughters loved having a bedroom each, and these other bedrooms also were very stylish. It was such a delight to stay in this beautifully decorated and modern house.

Walking distance to everything needed I. Bathurst. The house is wonderful and Andrew a very good host. The family of magpies owns the backyard but they are cool

Great central base to explore the region. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and were sad to leave on checkout. Beautiful spaces inside and outside. Walking distance to town centre.

Great charming place in the middle of Bathurst, close to shops and amenities.

The place is nice, cozy and has everything you would need. Perfect quality amenities especially the bed and towels. We will definitely book again.

The property is perfect for large groups. The house is very spacious and comfortably laid out with stunning views from the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The games room was a nice feature. The house was pleasant and cool when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated Riannon’s flexibility and understanding with a late change in plans when a couple of our friends had to drop out due to illness.

Belinda’s place was the perfect place to stay before my brothers wedding. The place is gorgeous and feels like home. Everything you need is at the property, which is private and actually feels far from the centre of town where it actually sits. We had no issues with check in or out and would absolutely stay again. There are thoughtful instructions throughout the property and small details to help guests.

Great place to stay for our two nights in Orange. Easy location for accessing the golf course and centre of town. Tastefully appointed house, with all that we needed. Great communication with the hosts. Would highly recommend as excellent value

We had a lovely stay in Orange. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, quiet street but still close enough to town to walk. Suited us (a couple plus one other) perfectly. Only super minor problem is that Vodaphone was a black spot for data - only calls and messages worked. There was no wifi and we needed to cancel a booking online so had to drive down the street. We had someone with Telstra and it worked fine though.

We had a great stay in Orange at Jeremy's BnB. A lovely light-filled house with plenty of room for eight friends. It was very well equipped and had a beautiful garden and a big dining table. We enjoyed the local muesli and bread provided for us and there was also a range of other supplies in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were relaxing spaces with comfortable beds. We went bike riding and visited local cafes and restaurants. Jeremy and Juliet were very responsive to our communications. Highly recommend this BnB and the area and would love to visit again.
