It was my first time staying at their place and we absolutely fell in love with it the first time we saw it on airbnb. Staying there felt at home and i would definitely recommend this place! Would definitely stay here again :) kudos to the owner for being responsive as well!

We were greeted with warm hospitality, positive attitude and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

I stayed here for a workcation, and it was a fantastic experience. Check-in was seamless, and the room looked exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sunsets every afternoon. A 7/11 is just a short 3-minute walk away, making it easy to grab anything you need, and there’s a great coffee shop right next to it.

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Stayed for two nights, place was really clean and well equipped. The provisions given were amongst the most generous a host could be here in Airbnb. I was also granted free parking access for my motorcycle which is rare. I liked the separation from the living area and the bedroom and I loved that BOTH spaces have their own TV and AIR-CONDITIONING. Great location in the heart of the city, good internet connection and extremely nice place to stay at. 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the St. Dominique Condo and would highly recommend it. The host was excellent. His communication skills were excellent, and he was really helpful. The directions were easy to understand and the room was tidy. The apartment has all the amenities. We made another reservation for our next trip to Iloilo.

Iloilo is indeed a City of Love----but what made our trip even more memorable was staying at Karen’s Place. It truly felt like home! Even if you just stay in, it still feels like a vacation. The property is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials. The AC is cold, the bed is super comfy, and we had zero issues with the internet—perfect for remote work. Karen is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The building’s security personnel were also friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the cozy nook area is just lovely. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iloilo!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property.

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 6 people. The property has a very good location, it's very accessible. Restaurants, malls, are just walking distance. Checking in was also easy as the caretaker is also there to wait for us when we check in, also very responsive. When we needed an extra blanket, it was easily provided to us. If we ever be in Iloilo again, this is the place we would like to rent again. Highly recommended!

Alice's place was wonderful--at the center of the city, comfortable beds, spacious but peaceful atmosphere. Go here if you want a staycation-like experience at Iloilo where you can relax and go out to eat good food. The Airbnb, cleaners, receptionists, and guards also carry that kind Iloilo mannerism which we greatly appreciated during our stay. There is also a microwave for those wondering though as of this time, it is not yet indicated on the listing.

Ms. Karen is very accommodating and place is very convinient to stay.. Highly recommended..❤️

The location is perfect close to everything I wanted to do. next to Mega world and SM Mall never a problem getting a Grab or Taxi. I wish the bed was a Queen and not a full-size bed I am a big guy at 6'3 but it was a good bed to sleep on.
