I'll begin with food : I haven't had such a combination of mouth watering + healthy + "made with love" food in a long time. The food is indeed home cooked and delicious! The rooms are clean and comfortable. This place is accessible yet makes for a relaxing getaway amidst nature. I needed a strong wifi for work purposes. Mr. Shekhar and his son promptly made the arrangements to ensure I had a smooth stay. I was looking for a quiet, green, comfortable, relaxing place with great food and wifi. I got exactly that. I even made some friends along the way. Thanks Shekhar for the lovely stay! You've definitely earned yourself a repeat customer. The food, the hospitality, the conversations, the wisdom..they're all gonna invite me back to your homestay. A special thanks to your kind, polite and super helpful staff as well. A nice little farmstay. Everything was provided. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Overall highly recommended.

Our stay at this pool villa was an absolute dream! It felt like stepping into a beautiful green retreat, surrounded by lush fruit and vegetable gardens. Waking up to the calls of peacocks and the chirping of birds made our morning strolls truly magical. The entire atmosphere, especially in the evenings, had a unique, almost Ghibli-like charm that was incredibly peaceful. Beyond the beauty, we were very impressed with the accessibility – the villa is thoughtfully designed and very suitable for wheelchair users. Our time here was deeply rejuvenating, refreshing, and relaxing – exactly the escape we needed. A special mention goes to the humble and generous host. We loved the delicious rose apples from the garden! A friendly tip for future guests: please enjoy the wonderful produce responsibly and avoid wastage. You can also purchase fresh fruit directly from the host at a nominal rate, which is a lovely way to enjoy local flavours and support them. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet one-night getaway and Avani Orchards turned to be perfect for us. Mr. Pratap and Mrs. Ranjitha were extremely gracious hosts. Even before we arrived, they arranged a call to understand our food preferences. Upon conveying that my wife and I were gluten-free and vegan, they were more than ready to customise the food for us. The property itself is beautifully built and blends traditional architecture with modern comforts. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean, and made us feel at home. The lounge area outside the room had a cozy reading area, a chess board and a small balcony. We enjoyed strolling around the farm and listening to the sounds of nature! We also enjoyed talking to Mr. Pratap about his amazing efforts towards organic farming and sustainability, as well as Mrs. Ranjitha about her unique life experiences. They gave us great pearls of wisdom that we'll carry forever.

Clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay Staying at this homestay was a highlight of our vacation. The cozy atmosphere and warm welcome made us wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect, and the host's attention to detail was impeccable. We can't recommend this homestay enough! And we being the first guest of this newly inaugurated we were overwhelmed If you're looking for away from city hustle bustle , this homestay is the place to be, though with staying in the range of 500-1000 metres away from traffic. We left with a piece of this place in our hearts

My family had a quiet and peaceful time at RR Ranch. It's a well maintained house in the middle of a farm, very near to Mysore city. Co-host Sanjay had given clear instructions to reach, and he was present for a smooth check-in process. The caretaker Roshni was excellent with her service. Wish we had more time at the property, but enjoyed the evening we had. A great place especially for our pet who loves having open spaces to run around. The space has been designed very meticulously, and maintained well. The breakfast in the morning was just amazing!! And we also got some guavas from the orchard. Highly recommend this place! And hope to be back for a longer time:)

We came across Vikram’s place when we were looking for a pet friendly plus bird watch friendly, stay. This place was exactly that! We had a good time strolling around the farm with our pet. Our favourite part was sitting by the veranda and just taking it all in. The veranda was a great spot for lunch breakfast dinners and also to sit all day with binoculars and spot birds 🙂 The caretakers were very helpful and provided us with simple but delicious food. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We made a trip to Mysore for two days and stayed at this lovely Homestay; a green oasis on the outskirts of town. The hosts were very welcoming, charismatic and eloquent. We really enjoyed the conversations we had at breakfast. The rooms were clean and you could ask the staff anything you needed at any time. There were options for yoga and massage, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to try. Can totally recommend this place if you want to get away to a quiet place close to Mysore!

Great home stay at the farm anand was polite and respectful. Surroundings are great and few new ammenties are being added as well. Only thing that did not sit right with me was the high cost of food in proportion to the quantity and quality been to many home stay till date never seen such high cost,needs some improvement here.

The farm stay was very beautiful and well managed. This was one of the best farm stay I have even been to. And the host, she was extremely friendly and wonderful. She offered us butter milk, lime juice and watermelon. We will definitely visit again as we did not get enough of the place.
