This is a home that we will cherish the memories of. We are so grateful to have stayed in this magical spot, in a home filled with much love and history. We were all so comfortable and the view of the river from the property was so peaceful. You can walk along the banks and even jump in. It’s beautiful and pristine clean. Wow! Our family had a wonderful stay. Sally's house is spotlessly clean, tidy and free of clutter. We loved being so close to Redwoods and made the most of walking & biking most days. With a large garage at Sally's we were able to safely store our bikes. Being able to park 3 cars off street was great too!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing, great location and neighborhood. Extremely well furnished, comfy towels and bed. I will definitely consider staying here again. Check-in was a breeze.

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.

Second visit to this little cabin. It’s perfect for a couple of days away with our elderly German Shepherds. Fully fenced year and enough room for them to lay out on the grass or deck.

We absolutely loved the house, and our stay couldn’t have been better. It’s a spacious home with everything you could wish for. After a long day, it was a real treat to relax in the hot spa, and the boys especially enjoyed the sauna. John’s communication and the information he provided about the house and Taupo were wonderful. We would highly recommend booking this house for a fantastic experience, just as we had.

Lovely, tidy apartment that’s much bigger than we anticipated. Well appointed for our stay, and an incredible view! The property is set into a hill with deer and alpacas grazing which is a lovely vibe.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Lake Taupo! Wir waren als Gruppe für ein paar Tage da und haben es geliebt. Die große Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr gut aufgeteilt und wir hatten genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Preis Leistung ist auch super. Klare Weiterempfehlung ! 🥰

Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy retreat, French doors were open out to the awesome outdoor area and the sun streaming inside. Wow.

Absolutely loved this place! Wished we stayed longer. Beautiful place with an outstanding view. The place is spotless and you will find everything you need. The bed and linen is very comfortable. If you have mobility restrictions this place might not be for you as you need to walk down a few steps with your luggage. Otherwise this is a dream!

Loved our stay at Irene’s. She even organised beautiful weather for us. The view from the flat is so relaxing and tranquil we didn’t want to go out. Everything was comfortable and convenient and only 6.5km from town. Thank you for hosting us…..wish we had booked for longer, as there is so much to see and do in Taupō.

Great base for us in Rotarua. Would thoroughly recommend. Tony is a really nice guy and was always available if we had any questions. The cats were very friendly especially Socks who loved a lap sit outside. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood but easy access to town centre

Marki and Chris were fantastic hosts. We had an awesome stay, the place is beautiful and scenery is stunning. Would love to come back!

We had a terrific stay at Shelley's apartment. We appreciated being a little out of town in a quiet area with great views. Th location is still within easy reach by car from anything that you would want to do around Rotorua but with more privacy and calm than a city accomodation. The apartment is great - all the furnishings and facilities are high quality. The two bedrooms are not large but roomy enough for two and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and there is a well appointed kitchen area - we had most of our meals in the apartment. Just like eating at home. Shelly is a great host - very friendly and responsive with communications. A very helpful person.

Lovely place, fantastic view, the laundry and dryer was very convenient. Easy check in and no problems at all!

The apartment is beautiful, with a big double bed and a single bed placed in the same room. The bed sheets were amazingly soft, we wished we could have slept longer but our tight schedule didn't allow it. Spotlessly clean and overall in great shape. Definitely worth the price!

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
