Amazing apartment, great & friendly service. We really loved the pool & the spa. Rooms were immaculate. Also a lot of top-notch restaurants nearby. Would 100% recommend.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. das Frühstück war komischerweise nicht inklusive, trotzdem war das Essen dort frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas schwerer und anstrengender zu fahren. aber dafür bezahlt man wenigstens nicht die höheren Preise direkt am Diamond beach. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Everything was perfect, the personal super great, good to have everything (gym, spa, sauna, Hammam, podcast recording) in the same building! Close to the beach and so many cute address, I’ll come back for sure!

Really enjoyed my stay here!! Perfect location, close to beach, boutiques, restaurants- everything. Very quiet, clean and looked just like the photos. Shower had great pressure and hot water!! Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. One thing to note is that it is located on a new street and hard to find based on the address given. You have to type in the name of the building into google maps (not the address provided) which isn’t supplied to you upon booking. Every Grab delivery/pick up I had got lost down one of the parallel streets. Not a big issue. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in Albert’s penthouse in Parq Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean environment that very much feels like a home. The Parq facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna, multiple restaurants and abundant co-working space make the complex extremely self-contained and like its own little luxurious village a mere 10mins by scooter taxi from central Ubud. Albert is an exceptionally supportive, kind and communicative host. Thank you for another amazing stay! 🙏

Such a lovely place! The location is incredibly convenient and easy to find, making it perfect for any traveler. The hosts were not only accommodating but also exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the place added to the overall charm, creating a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Alles hat super geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, alles sauber und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir konnten sogar schon früher als angekündigt in die Unterkunft. Wir würden direkt nochmal ein paar Nächte buchen! Es war wirklich wunderschön 🙂 der Pool mit dem Meerblick nur empfehlenswert!

My 2nd stay at Marlissa place. Thank you Marlissa for a great stay. We love it and thanks to housekeeping for doing their job very well! We did not have problem from any noise, can sleep very well…comfy bed too 😊

Great location, quiet but in the middle of everything. Walkable distance to a padel court, gym, laundry, coffee and dining places.

Great villas. Had all the facilities we needed for a weekend stay. They accommodated late check out due to late flight, of course at an additional charge. Beautifully designed, though very western in design, not a balinese experience. But this was what we needed as we were winding down and preparing to head home. Although immediate surroundings are bland and not in a main area with lights and people buzzing, it's in a convenient location for good restaurants and definitely the beach! So so conveniently positioned for the beach. Definitely recommend if in Jimbaran Bay area. Good staff, nice people. Food from Cafe was okay when we had it delivered to the villa but would recommend going to a nearby shop to pick up some items instead - they provide some cooking facilities in the villa. I preferred that to ordering from the cafe for the full weekend. But definitely convenient if you need it!

Wayan and his family are simply loving and friendly people. They are always available and have an eye for detail about what you need in the accommodation. We had the peace, privacy and relaxation in the pretty villa that we had hoped for before arriving here. There are several restaurants and supermarkets/kiosks within walking distance too. We drove around by scooter when we wanted to go a little further away. Otherwise, the view of the rice fields is beautiful, the birds are chirping, ducks are walking around, you are simply in the middle of nature - the photos speak for themselves. Highly recommended! Lives out her name as Tranquil home. Ira and the team is simply amazing. Ira, Vian, Kade and Agus are a different caliber. Ira leads from the front with a smile and such genuine warmness and desire to want to make the stay amazing. This team just loved on us so so well. We are humbled and so impacted by their love and attention to our every detail. We truly have been spoilt. The love is not from a professional point, but truly carrying warmth of the heart! the villa is exquisite. the standard of everything was simply outstanding. from fixtures to fittings. We want to commend you both and your team. Truly we have created a memory for my wife and 3 children. We so wish that we could just stay on. :) Anyway we will be in touch.
