Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Marias AirBnB. Das AirBnB sieht wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Check In war total easy, Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. An meinem Ankunftstag hat mir Maria geschrieben, da, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten, der Strom für einige Stunden ausfällt. Sie und ihr Ehemann haben mir proaktiv zwei Batterien in das AirBnB gestellt, damit ich Handy und andere elektronische Geräte aufladen konnte. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 5/5 ⭐️

What a wonderful apartment in such an awesome part of LA. Had some issues at check in because the prior guest had taken the key fob, but Taylor was beyond responsive and helpful. She got the concierge to help me too. They were the kindest. I would 100% come back, best place I’ve stayed in LA. Thanks T! ❤️

Lovely apartment! Comfy, clean, private and safe! The location is great, there is a coffee shop and several restaurants in walking distance, and it is easy to get to Santa Monica downtown. The area is safe and peaceful. The apartment is a great fit for a staycation, it is quiet and clean. Love this place!

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

We enjoyed the space and layout. Bathroom was spotless and fully stocked. Kitchen was large and spacious. Couch, sitting area and TV made a comfortable stay. We would stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay at Matthew’s place in Venice. Host was super responsive and friendly and the house was as advertised. Walkable to Venice beach, restaurants and coffee shops and a quick 5-minute uber over to Santa Monica. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again! The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity to have. The place was super cozy while having everything we needed during our stay. Minh was a great host and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate to do it!

I had an amazing stay in LA at this place! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with stylish decor and all the amenities I needed. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to it every morning was such a treat, especially with the LA skyline in the distance. The location was perfect – close to everything I wanted to see, from Hollywood and Beverly Hills to great restaurants and beaches. Yet it still felt peaceful and private. The host was amazing – super friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in LA. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the city!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach! The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short distance from the beach. The owner was very accommodating for us and quickly responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was really clean, spacious and had the most amazing, dreamy layout! Especially loved the deck up top, great views! Would definitely stay here again :)

Ted saved the day! We had booked another property through a different rental service and that owner never showed up leaving us stranded. We booked Ted's place literally at the last minute. He was so accommodating and his place ended up being better than original place we had booked! Condo has a full size, 2 car garage which is amazing for Newport! The location was right next to beach, restaurants and bars, convenient stores. comfy beds, t.v.'s in all rooms. Great stay,

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Traveled with 2 adults and 1 teenager. Everything was as pictured and instructions were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I’m picky… and this was very clean, super comfortable beds. Note the “no essentials” I think he does and he pays it off every month listed in amenities is referring to the kitchen, there is no salt and pepper, no oil, no food products of any kind. (Not a problem just good to know if you plan to cook.)

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at this property. Super clean, had all the items we’d need, the bedding was comfortable and the house smelled fresh and clean. Loved the location by the beach. Only thing “missing” was enough comfortable seating. I’d totally rent this space again!
