We had a great stay in a prime location for our Spring Break trip with the family. Steps from the beach, restaurants, grocery and anything else we needed. The house is perfect for a small group/family with the nice 3BR layout inclusive of a bunk room. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Very comfortable stay and easy check in! Beautiful neighborhood in the hills, close to everything. I was in town seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl and walked there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

This place is conveniently located to local beach attractions and Brenda was very open to communicate. My friends were all cozy and comfortable with the rooms and amenities!

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

The home surpassed expectations! The beach is just around the corner, easy to run back if you need something or to head out multiple times a day! Beach towels/toys/shovels, beach chairs, umbrellas, basketballs (bring a hand pump) and 6 bicycles--we made use of them all! There are basketball hoops and large black top right on the beach--could be fun for roller skating/skateboarding, etc. Balboa fun zone/ferry to Balboa Island was a relaxing 15 min bike ride away. The home was perfect for our family of 6 with 3.5 BR, rooftop grilling, comfortable beds and all the basic necessities to work with. Russ was a wonderful host--he sent timely messages, was very responsive and was open to offering local suggestions if needed. We had a minivan w/roof storage container which we parked on the street (garage too tight). Good street parking considering it is NP Beach--need to move it on street sweeping day. This home made our beach vacation one of the best we've had and we would totally return again!

This really is the perfect place to stay for your Disney holiday. It felt safe and secure. Quiet, even though it is so close to the parks. It’s an easy stroll to the security check point, with clear instructions in the welcome pack. Anthony also has helpful items like a stroller to make your stay with smaller kids smoother. The bathrooms have lovely strong showers and each has a bath. Essential after long days of fun. The beds are extremely comfortable. Also a must. One of our kids found the bottom bunk claustrophobic, but the rest of us loved the cosy space. She was fine on the top bunk. The kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. And we appreciated the full laundry. Thanks Anthony!

This is a great spot, it’s easy to feel at home and it’s rather cozy - from the fireplace in the living room, to the comfortable bed, to the spectacular roof deck. The hosts are generous, both in stocking the kitchen with goodies and responding to questions that arise. I have stayed at other Jackson Market properties in the past and hope to do so many times in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect for a large group, not to mention plenty of full bathrooms saved us time. Very spacious and great amenities. Emilio was very friendly and was quick to respond-thank you for having us.

This is my favorite place we have stayed at to date. Ecspeically with small children. The location is perfect. Safe area, park right outside, restaurants right across the street, and we absolutely loved the garage parking and gated entrance. Tip for staying here: pack in drawer dividers. I packed my kids clothes in these for efficient packing. I wish I would have packed all of our things this way because they left so much closet space, bathroom drawers, and pantry space for us. It was so refreshing to not live out of a suitcase and to have a ton of space to locate your clothes. The master is large enough to fit a pack n play. This was perfect for our youngest who still wakes so we wanted her near. My daughter loved all of the toys they left for us. You really cannot beat this place if you are traveling with small kids. It is absolutely worth the extra cost. Jacob and Martina’s response time is so fast you do not have to worry about waiting around for a simple question.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

Had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb in LA! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Gabriel was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay!

Our group of 6 had a great stay. This place was close to all touristy spots in the city. The Airbnb was clean, modern, and as described. Great price for a 4 night stay!

My wife and I had an amazing time! The location was amazing and close to some delicious restaurants. The house itself was top tier. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our favourite part was the balcony that overlooks the city. It’s one of the best views in LA. The hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to our question. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Silver Lake

Fantastic place & great host; highly recommend

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

It was clean & had enough room. It was a convenient location as we had a family trip to Disneyland.

This was our second time staying at Anna’s place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Disneyland, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially love the bunk beds and Disneyland decor! It truly feels like a home away from home. Anna is fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We’re so happy to have found a place we can count on, and we’ll definitely be back again!

It’s a vary nice lovely home , it’s vary well kept together and spacious inside, quite neighborhood and respectful neighbors. Me and my family loved the home and would recommend to everyone, the beds were comfortable and made us feel like we’re at home.

Natalie is an amazing host! The place is exactly as described and all the positive reviews are spot on. Less than a block from the beach, safely nestled in an established neighborhood this place a gem. It's well maintained, the decor is superb, and everything you is provided. As the ad lists, heating is by space heaters and the gas fireplace. If you get cold often, you'll need to layer up. Perfect for us overall! Don't snooze on this place! This is an incredible stay. It’s extremely close to everything and about as walkable as it gets. The space is beautiful and clean, and I found it had everything we needed. There are also great outside areas to relax and unwind. Sabrina is extremely responsive & kind and even let me check in much earlier than usual. Highly recommend!
