Skylar is a great host. Highly recommend booking with her for extended stays. Skylar and her mom always listened and prioritized my comfort and well being. Will keep her in mind for further Manhattan stays.

This was just the place I needed for my short stay in Manhattan. Short walk to the convention center, museum, restaurants and bars.

We were having a family get together. The location was just what we needed.

The apartment preserved the quaint feel of a century-old building with enough modern amenities to be comfortable. Just what we expected to find.

Marcel was an excellent host for my daughter’s stay in Manhattan. He went above and beyond and offered to pick up groceries if we ordered before arriving since there was a huge snow storm starting. The communication response from Marcel was always timely. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my daughter!

Great location close to campus. A little harder to find the apartment than expected, but super nice!

This was a prime location for our weekend in Manhappiness for the KSU/OSU game….walking distance from the stadium!🙌🏼 Marcel was very responsive and answered questions in a very timely matter.

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter at K State. Easy walk to campus and Aggieville. Good neighborhood and apartment was well set up. Only complaint was the beds were a bit hard. Communication was fantastic and they even looked for a necklace I realized I lost after leaving and contacted me when they found it. We will be back!

Beautiful, well kept space with everything you need. Located in a very quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood north of campus. We were worried about where our baby would sleep but Amanda provided a pack and play which was a huge relief. If you plan to travel with pets, you have a private fenced yard your furry friend can safely go to the bathroom off leash.

Very nice and welcoming stay. Lots to do around the area and fairly close to Aggieville if you’re up for that.

Family trip to Manhattan and this place was in a excellent location. Just steps away from Aggieville's bars and restaurants. The apartment was set up nicely and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Great place for a weekend stay in Manhattan. Check-in was simple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the football stadium (just over a mile) and was an easy drive to everything else in town. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Great location close to stadium and quiet neighborhood.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

We have stayed three times in this unit for K-State game weekends and it has worked out perfectly each time!

A lovely, affordable stay. The park up the street was a great perk for an evening stroll. The bed was pretty comfortable. They also had tea bags and k cups for coffee, as well as some snacks set out in the kitchen. After check out, we had forgotten a few items in the apartment. Edward was kind and responsive and is going above and beyond by arranging a pick up of those items. Thanks for your hospitality!

This is our third time staying at this complex. We feel right at home and will be back.
