This place was beautiful, inviting, clean, and very well decorated! It is perfect for any of your stays in Manhattan. Tara was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any of our questions. We loved our stay there!

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter at K State. Easy walk to campus and Aggieville. Good neighborhood and apartment was well set up. Only complaint was the beds were a bit hard. Communication was fantastic and they even looked for a necklace I realized I lost after leaving and contacted me when they found it. We will be back!

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

Other than having to drive through an alley to find the parking lot, everything was great. 3rd floor wasn't my best choice after drinking but super close to Aggieville and easy to walk unless you drank way too much. Nice apartment too.

Family trip to Manhattan and this place was in a excellent location. Just steps away from Aggieville's bars and restaurants. The apartment was set up nicely and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at James’ place! The house has such a cool vibe and was spotless when we arrived. The newly renovated kitchen is stunning, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even better. Plus, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—something I rarely find in Airbnbs! We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

Keevan’s home was beautifully appointed, and squeaky clean! We were traveling home from a trip out West and needed a place to stay for the night. Keevan’s home was perfect. It was easy to find, and the beds were super comfortable.

Easy to access, very comfortable, clean, shower is amazing. Close to town with lot's to do. Highly recommend.

Cozy home with great amenities. Chrissi is an amazing host and went out of her way to accommodate my trip, the home is exactly like the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and the communication with the host was stellar. An amazing place, I will be booking again!

An extremely lovely and beautiful home for our stay. The place was furnished with great style and care. The neighborhood was really easy to walk and the neighbors were very friendly. They had a great yard and playhouse for our child and were only two blocks from a park with great playgrounds. We liked this place so much we are trying to think of reasons to return!

The house worked very well for our wedding stay. It was a great location and everyone enjoyed their time at the house.

Lauren was a wonderful host . Her place was spotless and exactly as pictured. She answered any questions quickly and even checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay . Amy was an amazing host whom had thought of every possible thing we could’ve have needed during our stay! She even had the place pleasantly decorated for Christmas. All of her little extras made our stay amazing!

We were pleased with the appearance & cleanliness of the condo on arrival. If you're a wildcat fan the decor is definitely the right color! The space was perfect for our family. We had most everything we needed: Including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was pretty well stock and there was a cute basket of goodies for us to enjoy. We were able to walk to our tailgate and to the stadium which is a huge plus given the cost of parking and the extra traffic on game days. The parking was a little bit of a challenge for our group because we had four vehicles and when our kids visited sometimes we had 6 so we were playing a shuffle game with the 2 parking passes. Nothing we didn't know when we booked the condo. We all had an absolutely wonderful stay. The beds were comfy and the towels were nice and thick the way I like them. The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water for 8 of us. I just don't know how our stay could have been improved upon. Thanks!

Great place, has everything you need. If you’re coming for a game, it’s literally right across the street from the stadium. Would recommend 👍🏻
