My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Home was on a quiet street no noises to be heard other than the bells from the nearby church. home was dusty and seemed to need a good deep clean of vents and areas often overlooked. great value and location

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. Look forward to experiencing this again in the future thank you so much.

Bobby place was just like the description, Very cutesy , The only thing I will say is the air conditioning it get’s a little cold but other then that it’s a great place to stay / getaway & its 4:20 friendly

Great location in lively area, very easy connections to Manhattan and also great views down by the waterfront, which is a 5 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment was great for our stay (2 adults, 6 year old and 1 year old) and everything was very organised and clearly labelled. We’d stay again!

Very few listings show completely honest pictures. This place does. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean home. Kirk is proactive and prompt at communicating. The only problem we had was finding parking which has nothing to do with Kirk. We arrived late each night and the streets were full and had to park a few blocks away. My daughter and I felt safe walking to the house. Maybe if we were earlier to get home each night it would have been easier.

I’ll confess that I don’t want to promote Ellie’s place as it might mean it won’t be available the time we visit. But, I have to say that we had a wonderful stay. The place is one of the few places I thought I’d be happy to live in full-time. It’s comfortable, quiet, close to everything, an easy walk to the PATH and NJT buses. Beautiful and thoughtful upgrades throughout… thanks Ellie!

Todo fue maravilloso! El departamento es bellísimo, limpio, ordenado, acogedor. Tiene todos los detalles de comodidad y comfort. Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

Peter met my son at the door upon arrival. Responsive to all texts. Allowed us to move in as early as possible. Very good location. Walked to Prospect Park, easy to walk to subway to Manhattan, safe neighborhood, cute coffee shop just down the block. Great to feel like we’re living in Broomkyn for the weeken!

It is really a very nice and secured place. The host is also very nice and approachable. The house is spacious and well taken cared of. The only challenge I’ve experienced was the dust, I have level 4 allergy with dust and I normally wake up with a very bad sinusitis, by the way we are a big group so I slept in the SOFA bed I did vacuumed it but it is not enough, I guess the aircon/heater should have some cleaning already. Other than that everything else is perfect, it is very modern and the place is also walkable from the train station, the bus literally stops in the street corner which is also very awesome. A lot of food chain are in the area plus grocery store and diner. Even there is dust I will choose to come back here again because I know David listens to feedback and the place is also socmed worthy! Thank you David :)

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

A great stay, close to NYC, with great hosts!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

This place is exactly as described. Lovely lower floor apartment in great condition with all the essentials. The host always responded to our questions and accommodated our unusual check-in and checkout. Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Danforth light rail station. From there you within 5-6 stops to World Trade Center and every other subway connection. If I could give this place a 4.99 out of 5 I would. There is a residence above the property that we guess worked shifts as they were up and about every morning at 4am. It wasn't an unreasonable amount of noise but it was noticable at times. Also, at times the furnace would kick in. I think this was also for the upstairs but it's located downstairs and can be a little noisy at times. Again, this wasn't unreasonable and it wouldn't stop me returning but it might be worth mentioning to other guests. Overall, a gem of a property, perfectly located for anyone looking for easy access to NYC

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann
