We were a group of 4 mothers and 4 kids, 2 of them being toddlers. It was a perfect place for us. Felt right at home. We arrived pretty late in the night. There were no hassles with checking in.

I recently stayed at this place, and it was an outstanding experience. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, From the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi, every amenity was top-notch. The room included a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing me to prepare meals at my convenience. Will prefer to stay next time too..

We had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was indeed a great experience. The property was clean and made us feel at home from the day one. The check-in was breeze as the caretaker, who is such a happy, smiling and ready to help person, was on site and waiting for our early check-in. This is spacious accommodation providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long flight. The host is quick to any queries and made sure that was stay was well assisted. The house caretaker is well mannered, attentive person, ensuring that all is in order and cleaned as quickly as possible. Clean bed sheets, towels provided. Overall, this is a great place, however, there is always room for improvements. It would be great to have tea/coffee mugs or cups that are chipped replaced with clean, latest trendy designs. As this is a large place that can accommodate eight people, more utensils are needed, such as cereal and curry bowls. The bathroom fixtures upgraded and AC in ground floor fixed.

This place is a unique blend of earthy surroundings coupled with modern amenities. The house structure reminds us of courtyards of yesteryears and gives a refreshing experience. The setting is super serene & green yet the place is surprisingly very close to the city. It’s a perfect place for people who doesn’t want to travel a lot outside of the city but still want to get away from the city hustle. We loved the ambience. Once the confirmation is done by Raj, everything happened in an auto-pilot mode. Raj is a super host and we just loved how well he organized everything, staying behind the scenes. The caretaker Venkat has been very responsive and took great care of us. We stayed for 2 days but long for more.

great place to spend quality time with family and ambiance is good. price little high could have less. host response is good and helping staff. Expected lights in pool which are not working. little disappointed about pool. overall good.

We had a great time here. The precious guests had stolen their projector but we were provided with a brand new projector at our insistence. Linga and Roja, the caretakers were available all the time and took care of all our needs. The place is exactly like how it’s described and it’s perfectly maintained. Would recommend this place.

Staycation close to nature. Kerala house is as authentic as the name sounds. At the same time it comes with all the luxurious you expect in a comfort homestay.. The bedrooms are large and one of then comes with a bathtub.. The greenary was my favourite part. Thank you

Hi I have stayed at this place for the night with my friends and it is an amazing place. we loved the open lawn and almost stayed there the whole night. the fire pit was good and the caretaker took good care of us. The rooms were of decent size and only 3 of the 4 bathrooms had geysers in it. the place was not too far and easy to locate

The place was wonderful. Ashish and susmita were responsive and pro active throughout our stay. It was very clean and the property was located in the prime area in a gated community making it super safe!!!

Ranjit our host was responsive and Linga our caretaker for the property was proactive in getting us dinner from nearby. The property is new and has all amenities. The pool, projector and karaoke setup was perfect for our group. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a group outing. Lots to do. Also the barbecue setup was great!

It’s been amazing as a stay honestly — Pavan was always around to help out and clarify everything almost instantaneously. As three friends who stayed at his property, it was great — especially knowing that there’s secure parking with CCTV and daily cleaning house service with WiFi. Loved the entire stay.

Venkat is a very friendly host and goes above and beyond to make his guests to make them feel at home. He’s been super responsive and arranged everything we asked before and during our stay. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with access to everything you can expect in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to find a perfect family home. He also responded to my messages quite fast whenever I asked for help. The place is really comfy with good facilities. The wi-fi is also great. I recommend it especially to people who work from home. I had a fantastic stay at Prince Castle in Hyderabad! The owner’s hospitality was truly exceptional—checking in with us daily and providing great guidance on tourist spots.
