We had a great stay, we had our dog and friends with us and this space was perfect for just that! Kicthen is super nice as well as beds are super comfy. The location is perfect if you enjoy exploring Winnipeg and I’d definitely stay again!

The place was very clean, felt so homey, the beds were comfortable, alot of space, accommodations were great! There was everything me and my family needed in the home. Clean, comfortable, good value and as advertised— a good home base while in town for work in the area. Location is easy access to the airport on a quiet street that felt safe. Morgan and Damon were helpful hosts, communicative and accommodating throughout!

It was a very wonderful stay, the place was beautiful and Gopher was a wonderful host! We will definitely be back! Everything was labeled and ready for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen newly renovated. Bathrooms were also new and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Awesome place! we have been coming to Lake Winnipeg ice fishing for 5 years and finally found this place. The accommodations for ice fisherman are second to none. The heated garage with fish cleaning facility was great for storing and charging our gear. The large hot tub was perfect after a long day on the ice. Very easy check in and out. Simple instructions. We would book again!

Everything was accurately described and pictured, we had a bit of a communication glitch but once we got that sorted everything worked out very well. Rachel and Chris were very thoughtful and friendly and very quick to accommodate our needs. I would be happy to stay here again. A bit tricky to find the first time but the instructions provided were very clear.

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

Excellent stay! Super clean place, we stayed in winter and had a great time. There isn’t a shower in the cabin (as stated in the listing) but that didn’t impact our stay even a little bit. A very relaxing, much needed get away. I would absolutely recommend! The place had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Bring books, board games, and enjoy the amazing scenery :)

Loved my stay! Very last minute booking but had no issues getting in and settled by the time I got there. Cute spot nice and quiet.

Beautiful property and a very welcoming space. Very thoughtfully put together, with comfort and homieness at the top. A group of us have rented several cabins together for many years, for a board game - family weekend, but with the addition of more babies/toddlers in recent years, we really wanted to consolidate into one place, while still hopefully having space for kids to be kids indoors in February. WOW, what luck we found this listing! We cast a kind of wide net, not sure what we wanted, but this was it. The layout was awesomely communal, and spacious for our large group. It had such a positive energy, we all felt at home, we all felt very comfortable. The owner was a great communicator, reached out right away when we booked to see what our expectations might be for the space since I listed bringing kids. Provided lots of details, and remained very reachable. I can only imagine this place in summer, right on the lake, hopefully I’ll get to see it.

My family had such a great time. Martha was very warm and responds quickly for any questions! The property is beautiful and my kids had so much fun in the pool. The camper is clean and comfortable. The cherry on top of a peaceful evening around the fire was Martha's handsome black lab, Jack. He is the sweetest boy! Thank you for a great stay!

I used the cabin as a fishing headquarters/home base for angling on Lake Winnipeg for 5 weeks.Glenn’s cabin was very good location and I was able to access all waterways within 15-20 mins by snowmobile or truck. The cabin was exactly that-a cabin. This is not an all inclusive resort but rather a nice quiet cabin in the woods. The cabin has everything you could need for a weekend, a week, or a month. It is elderly and rustic but everything works great and Glenn was. Very helpful although I did not require his attentiveness much. Fabulous fishing trip, thanks Glenn. I may be back next winter if time allows.

Perfect place to stay for a world-class fishing trip on Lake Winnipeg!

Had a wonderful stay here! Me and some bridesmaids including the bride stayed here the night before the wedding day and it was super great! We were not too far from the Rustic Wedding Barn Venue which was a plus!! We were all quite stressed with all the wedding stuff so having a night away in a peaceful location was much needed and we enjoyed it so much! There were two cats that welcomed us there as we arrived which was my favourite part! Thank you for a great stay Shane and Mandy!

Wonderful place to stay. Especially in the winter if you ride snowmobiles, the trail is super close by and easy to get too. Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Will definitely be back. Felt right at home.

Great stay. Diane is very responsive and she had clear instructions/directions for everything. The place is super clean. Stayed here in winter and although it is an older home it was warm and cozy. There was only 2 of us but the place is very large and can accommodate many with 4 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with tub and a full bathroom with shower on the main floor. Very large kitchen with everything you would need if you wanted to prepare all your own food. You can't drink the water however more than enough drinking water was provided. Highly recommend. Was a nice peaceful place close to asessippi ski hill.
