We traveled to the area for a wedding and appreciated finding a very reasonably priced place to stay for the 7 of us in our group. The house was clean and owners very responsive. As other reviewers have mentioned, the signage in the neighborhood against Airbnb's made us a little nervous, but we had zero issues with neighbors and the entire time we spent at the house was quiet and peaceful. The pizza place and general store near the house were great stops for food and drinks/snacks when we arrived in town. When our daughter forgot one of her dolls at the house, Greg quickly mailed it back to us which was very appreciated. If we had to do it over again, we would have gladly stayed in the same house.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and I sat on the porch to watch the lake and wildlife despite some very chilly temperatures. I loved the skylights! Bed was very comfortable and all that I needed was supplied. I would definitely stay here again.

Bill the Owner being on site was helpful as he brought extra cleaning supplies when needed. Beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. Kitchen had most things needed for cooking although decent pots, pans and a kettle would have been helpful for making tea. Close proximity to the NASCAR site a big plus. Lake was very warm with kayaks and paddle boards available Pickleball court an added bonus The long covered porch very handy when raining especially as there’s no indoor table for more than two people. Wifi worked very well Plenty of hot water for showers Lots of parking Bill is a very affable host who made our stay relaxing and fun

We had a funeral, and had 9, plus 2 dogs. We were able to find space to accommodate us all. The space was clean and tidy and very “ lakeside cottage” feel. We wished it hadn’t rained the whole stay. It was very peaceful and tranquil. Overall the beds were comfortable and it was perfect. Well stocked kitchen with dishes ect which was helpful.

Beautiful place! Large, open living areas. Nice bedrooms. Beautiful view of the lake from the amazing “sun room”. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. House was beautiful and clean. We were there in March so didn’t get to take advantage of the amazing backyard and lake.

Awesome place. There were six of us and we never felt cramped. The amenities were great and there was no shortage of activities to keep us occupied, we basically spent all day on the beach swimming in the clean lake. Cathy was super communicative and easy to get a hold of the entire time.

Great deal! The house was right on the lake and the inside was clean. It was also very easy to find and the check in process was simple.

Great place for our family to stay at Clark Lake when visiting other family members who live close by. Beautiful view. Expansive living and dining room so everyone had a place to relax, play games, and eat without feeling crowded.

The place is nice! Orginized and very clean, we love pets and they have pets(very friendly) which is a plus for us, smooth communication with the host and the guest book is very informative like nearby restaurants, activities, etc. The lake is just there, the yard is so huge, lots of activities can be done. Games are also provided for the kids to enjoy, The Igloo is awesome, it’s a perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away from the busy city life!

Joseph’s place was just as described. Very clean. The fireplace was nice after a day of hunting. We stayed for 4 nights and it was very nice. Plenty of room for 7 adults and one child, with extra room left over. The extra fridge/freezer in the garage was nice for the surplus food and drinks. All in all a great place to stay.

Was a really good stay hope To stay again in the future when its a bit warmer out very peaceful and nice

Wonderful place. We ended up booking a last minute weekend getaway for our family of four. Unfortunately due to the rain on Saturday and Sunday, we weren't able to make much use of the kayaks or fire pit which we'd been excited for, but having them as an option was awesome. The beds were incredibly soft, we could have easily shared with more people comfortably, we had a very relaxing weekend away and would recommend it.

I had no issues upon arrival entering the space. Easy, clear cut directions. Space is clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was nice with a great view of the lake. I felt comfortable staying here. I would visit again.

The cottage was very nice. We loved all the amenities including the toiletry basket. It had anything you may have forgotten. Loved that it came with bath and beach towels, flotation devices for the lake, kayaks, and the family favorite, the paddle board. It made it so easy to pack and go and not worry about what we may have forgotten. The yard is big and beautiful leaving plenty of space for the kids to play.

Julie's place was perfect for a fall break getaway with my husband. The cottage was well furnished, super clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized from the photos just how close the lake is to the house! We spent a lot of time sitting out on the back porch enjoying the amazing view of the lake. We also appreciated the proximity to Ann Arbor for restaurants and all of the wonderful parks in the area for biking and walking. We'd definitely go back!

Chris and Melissa were very accommodating and friendly. The place was super clean. The decor was peaceful and relaxing. Literally everything was available and ready for whatever you may have forgot or needed. Lots of extra goodies included. The extra decor with the payphone and games were great for the kids. It reminded my of my childhood. unfortunately the river was so flooded we couldn't enjoy the beach, but we watched trees float down the river. Location was great, super close to many activities and restaurants, not far of a drive at all. Highly recommend.

Our stay was everything we could've hoped for and more for a relaxing time away. This home was very clean and well cared for. Having the lake literally in the back yard for our personal use anytime we wanted was the icing on the cake. The views from both the open downstairs and master bedroom were very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed a couple mornings watching the cranes have their breakfast off the docks. Just too many good things to be able to note them all. Both Erica and James were very helpful and responsive before our trip and several times throughout our stay. You can tell they love their lake home and take pride in sharing it with others.

Incredible home on the lake! Pictures do not do it justice. The house was very clean, well kept and the beds were very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip back to Michigan!

We booked this place because of the space needed to accommodate our entire crew working the traffic control for the MIS Speedway. This place is within 10 minutes from the track which made it convenient for us to quickly react to traffic request from the Lenawee County sheriff's and Michigan State police. The view of the lake was a fantastic way to relax after long days of work in the area. Chris was very accommodating and highly responsive for our check in. We totally recommend this rental if you need space for many people to sleep and be comfortable.

Wendy and Troy’s lakefront cottage is a fantastic getaway. It’s well-equipped for a relaxing stay and offers stunning views of the serene harbor. The tranquil setting and private dock make it an ideal spot for unwinding.
