My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

This is my third time booking Aliya's place. Always my go to place to stay when I'm in town.

We had an amazing time in Bala for March Break! This was our first visit to Bala, but our fourth year booking an Airbnb with our best friends, trying out a different space each year. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and four kids, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a day of fun. We all loved the pool table and foosball table—plenty of friendly competition! The quaint, walkable streets made it easy to explore the local shops and cafes. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

I had a fantastic stay this past weekend! The property was spacious, fun, and offered excellent amenities that made our visit truly enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly accommodating and always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

The cabin was great! The only thing I was disappointed about were the neighbours so close on either side. The place was immaculate & super cute! My bf & I decided not to go anywhere that weekend, enjoyed the space, each other's company, it was the perfect spot for that. The hot tub was magical LOL we loved the record player & found these little handheld games in the kitchen cabinet. Yahtzee had us playing against each other and trying to beat the high score of whoever came before us LOL The Hudson had everything we needed. it's too bad we couldn't get to the kayaks, if the river was warm enough there's no doubt we would have used them. If I had any questions Mandie answered them within 30 minutes or so, she was great! Thank you so much!

We were there for the huge snowfall mid February, never left the property and we were never bored. Spent hours creating a toboggan run around the cottage, it was so quiet outside, lovely. The hot tub and the sauna were a huge hit. Inside there is a cupboard full of games and puzzles and lego and a large bookshelf but the prize goes to the karaoke machine, that was a blast for young and old. The communal space was wide open and so bright, enjoyed creating meals and still being part of the fun. The beds were comfy, clean and there were full heating pads on the beds, loved it. Local store had the coffee we forgot and lots of firewood. Steven made sure the driveway was ploughed for us early the day we were leaving, no problems on the main roads. Loved the location, perhaps one day we will get to come in the summer and check out the waterfalls and restaurants. Thank you Steven.

Carm & Mary accommodated our group on short notice and were very gracious hosts. The place was very nice, clean, and well equipped.

Bryan and Pam have been amazing hosts. Our booking was close to being cancelled due to the aftermath of the storm that hit Muskoka and southern Ontario and took power out for most of cottage country. Bryan kept us updated on the power repairs and we were ecstatic that we didn’t have to cancel. We were also so pleasantly surprised to find the place in such great condition despite the havoc from the storm - it was completely cleaned and cleared before we arrived. The cottage itself is on Lake Muskoka and is a fantastic space - directly facing the lake with great views from indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was ample room for the family and our dogs. Loved it and would visit again!

Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Real Muskoka experience. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Tyler’s cottage. Beautiful home inside and out. The views are spectacular in spring. We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

Jonathan’s cottage was the perfect getaway! The space was clean and well maintained, fully prepared, and equipped with everything you could want for a cozy stay. Jonathan’s attentiveness truly stood out—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready and even provided clear, detailed instructions for using the amenities. His prompt responses made me feel well-supported throughout the entire stay. Overall, I had a fantastic time and can’t recommend Jonathan and his cottage highly enough!

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

A great retreat for a New Year’s nest. Loved the hot tub in the snow - and the bunkie! Very relaxing, comfortable. You should organize your food supply carefully though as it would take about 2 hours (40 min to Foodland, 40 min back and 20 min shopping). We were fine as we had brought lots of food with us. Also, the walls between the two bedrooms are very thin, so if you have a snorer….Otherwise, a wonderful property!!

My family and I had an absolutely relaxing stay at Vanessa’s cabin ! From the moment I booked, the communication was so seamless. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and very accommodating especially during the beginning of our trip when we first checked in. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning; the view of the frozen lake made waking up in the morning feel very magical (especially with all the snow fall we received those days). I also appreciated the thoughtful touches Vanessa added to our trip such as having firewood ready for us to use and shovelling the pathway from the driveway to the cabin. I felt so at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here, and hope to definitely come back! Thanks again, Vanessa, for making my trip so memorable!

Loved our short stay here. Very private, waterfront lookout, there are games and puzzles, kitchen has everything you need, renovated washroom, the dog loved it, and Bryan is very responsive. Would recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Lionel’s cottage in Port Loring! The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the cottage itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of friends. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice—it was even better in person. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a beautiful and peaceful spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Natalie and Matt’s. Great little bunkie right on the water. The surrounding trees made it feel more private than expected. The sliding screen doors and full windows on both the bedroom and living area made the space feel so open and breezy. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and had the feel of a hotel bed with nice clean linens and lots of pillows. Natalie was great with communication and gave us clear instructions. She was super friendly and was available anytime we had questions. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone who is considering it!

Had the best time at Matthew’s cottage. Loved the private hiking trails, the sauna, hanging out in the screened in room at night, view right from the deck, lots of space inside. Matthew is super helpful, & responsive. Such a unique & private setting (we & the kids especially loved the little water crossing from the car to the cottage, made it feel like we couldn’t go anywhere and had to “unwind from the hustle of everyday life”, but in reality such a short distance we could go back to the car whenever needed) . We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting our family Matthew!

Hilltop Hideway is extremely comfortable recreational facility which can satisfy everyone. This cottage is very well equipped, with a lot of space to relax. The facility is very modern with most updated amenities. It is tremendous location, close to Arrowhead and Algonquin Provincial Parks and with the short distance to Huntsville. The host Igor was responding to any inquiries friendly and on time. We can strongly recommend this facility for those looking for: relax, outdoor activity and those wanted to explore all attractions listed in the cottage leaflet. Group of friends from Toronto: Iwona, Barbara Z, Barbara L, Margaret, Andrej, Michael, Gregory and Victor.

Me and my friends had a great experience at the Long House, the pictures do not do it enough justice, it is beautiful. Everything was close proximity to the cottage and the hosts were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would love to come here again
