Anthony’s place was great, clean, comfy bed, awesome shower and things like a variety of teas and snacks were very welcome!

Perfect location in Manly right by the beach and all the stores and restaurants! Gym in the building and short walk to the ferry are added bonuses

The location was perfect to access Cronulla and Elouera Beach. There are nice restaurants near by. The train station is also a 10 minute walk away for getting into Sydney CBD. Peter made sure our check in and check out went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Matthew's place is very close to the beach. Spacious and peaceful place, which my family felt very comfortable. Sufficient amount of linen, towel and even beach towel was provided. Appreciate the flexibility and helpful communication as well.

I stayed at Michael's unit on Bondi Beach. The stay went without a problem. The location overlooked the beach and the units decor had a colorful beach feel. I could not have felt more at home. I hope the unit is available next time I visit Sydney

Enjoyed our brief stay. Very close to cafes, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Wifi was excellent too as my husband relied on it to do some remote work. We found this apartment very comfortable. Thekla was a wonderful host and even made us a loaf of Artisan bread! Thank you!

We were very surprised to find the house so beautifully appointed. Something photos can’t show especially the tasteful and elegant lighting and art work. Exceeded our expectations. An extremely relaxing place to stay. Helga is handy to respond if there are any issues- which there weren’t. Will stay again- a truely great find

Beautiful and spacious house and only short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our time at Pearl Beach, it feels secluded and local and is not overcrowded. The house is HUGE and there was plenty of room for our two families. Everything is modern and updated and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. There were heaps of games, puzzles and books for the kids. The linens and towels were all very clean and felt like a hotel standard. Only downside was there were a lot of mosquitos in the area so we couldnt spend much time hanging out in the outdoor area but it was fine when walking around the neighborhood and to the beach during the day. Also the only cafe/restaurant in Pearl Beach recently burnt down which was a shame. Fortunately the house had an awesome coffee machine and there was a coffee van that comes daily nearby. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back again soon

Lee was a wonderful host! Very communicative and clearly explained the check in details making the process easy and seamless. The home was everything we needed with gorgeous views and comfy beds. Nice open plan living and had a very calming and relaxed energy! Thank you Lee! We will be back!

Light filled well equipped home perfect for a family or group getaway. Good sized living area for when you need to bunker down to avoid inclement weather. The house is a short stroll to the beach and we found the locals very friendly and willing to share their coffee tips. Access instructions were easy to follow and Belinda responded to queries on a timely basis. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at Fran’s place- a 2 minute walk to the beach & surf club cafe which does a great coffee & delicious breaky!! Beds were super comfy & really enjoyed our stay (except it rained the entire stay!) Would definitely recommend & hope to stay again in the future!!!

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Penny’s place was the perfect place for our family holiday in Coogee. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the comfort of the sofa was my highlight! The apartment was clean, organised and had everything we needed. I appreciated having plenty of towels, beach toys, tennis rackets and the laundry detergent (all things we didn’t have with us as we’d travelled from the UK). The kids loved the cave room and all the toys. The apartment is quiet and cosy, a really peaceful place for a break. Penny was helpful and responsive but gave us privacy. We loved it and really hope we can visit again one day soon.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. We had people in our party who were able to go for a swim, others who enjoyed a stroll through the Cronulla shops. There are great restaurants close by and we all enjoyed the view from the dining window of the beach and the street life below.

Incredible location. Great apartment. Has everything you need. Beautiful old Bondi block. Wish I lived in this apartment! Will hopefully be back.

Very centrally located apartment, walking distance to many locations, and nearby public transport. Building is old, but the apartment contained everything needed for a short stay. Al was very responsive, and check-in and -out was quick and easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
