We had such a great time at the River House. Derek and Phyllis were amazing hosts with an amazing home. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making the place feel homey. We will have to come back to enjoy the river when the weather is nice.

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Kathy's place was large, airy, quite clean, very quiet and well-appointed. We slept well and had a great breakfast. Though just 10 minutes outside of town, the location was out in the country, pastoral and beautiful.

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

Was a very nice place to stay. Very clean amd upkept and modernized. Overall a great place to stay!

Robert’s place was exactly as it was listed, very spacious, cozy, and clean. We enjoyed our time in Warren and were delighted we had somewhere like Robert’s to come back to once the day was done.

The River Getaway was wonderful and comfortable for the entire family. With great views across from the river it was private yet cozy for a family get away.

Great location, place matches description, and hosts were friendly and responsive with early check in and local recommendations. We had an issue with a water leak in the basement, but hosts were quick to answer the phone and sent a plumber the next morning. Would stay here again 👍

Recently Renovated & Clean - Angola, NY This recently renovated house was clean & well-organized. Location is convenient (near Tops, Tim Hortons, & restaurants). Ideal for spring/summer to enjoy the beach & local bars (many closed in winter). House had everything we needed, including extra blankets, towels, & laundry supplies (washer/dryer). Minor drawbacks: older stove & fridge with non-functioning ice maker/water dispenser. David was a responsive & friendly host. Would stay again for another Bills game! #GOBILLS

Perfect little place to unwind and warmup after skiing. Clean, comfortable and just the right amount of space for a cozy stay. It was fun to see the skiers going right by the living room window in the morning. Also, Jaycie was a great, responsive host. Top of my list for our next holiday valley stay.

This place is beautiful and in a perfect location at holiday valley. Your view is one of the lifts and the hill so perfect for skiing. The space was exceptionally clean and had literally everything you could ask for. We had the perfect getaway.

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

We were there for a short ski trip and it was perfect for what we needed and a great location. There were clear instructions and an added bonus of wine!

Tom & Julie’s place was perfect for our ski weekend at Holiday Valley resort. It was so cozy and they thought of everything and more as far as accommodations. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival and we felt right at home. We will definitely return!

Place was great. Our original rental was canceled due to burst pipes and we're so lucky to have found this place! The location was great, less than 10 min to holiday valley and very close to town. The apartment was just what we needed. The washer/dryer is always nice with kids. Despite a ton of snow fall the stairs and walkways were always cleared.
