Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

I’m afraid that can’t say enough about Josh’s place in just a few words! It was everything as described and more. I was at peace the moment that I walked in the place. Anything and everything I may have needed was possible in a homey, welcoming atmosphere- right down to spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. There was even a refrigerated Brita water pitcher, filled, waiting for me after my long trip! I really appreciated the extra bedding since was there to recuperate after a minor, outpatient surgery. So, I really didn’t take in the local eateries or sights, although I know very well that they are in abundance within walking distance or a short drive. I would stay as a guest of Josh again with no hesitation. I’m certain that all of his places must be just as good, but I may be a bit partial to the cute, little Plumber’s Loft 2.0. Thank you Josh and Tracy! :)

This was our second visit toErika‘s place. Erika is a very responsive host and the place was exactly what we needed for our time in Olean.

I can't say enough about how professional, helpful, and responsive Sue was. At every point in the process she responded almost immediately to my requests with a very wonderful personality! I would recommended her to anyone looking for an AirBnB location in Warren, PA.

We had a fantastic stay at Terri's place. The apartment and rooms were all spotless and cozy. Terri's instructions made it easy to access the home and get inside. It snowed the day we arrived and she made sure that all the snow was cleared by the time we got there. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again! Great cozy place to stay near multiple state parks and forests

We had a great time for a girls getaway weekend at Clarke’s place! The best parts about this house were the close location to downtown EVL, the large, comfy sectional sofa where we spent a lot of time, the stocked kitchen, and the fact that there were 6 bedrooms! The house is more dated and musty than the pictures looked, but it worked for us and Clarke was very responsive to our questions. Also, the price was great for all of the space! Thanks for sharing with us!

Visiting Mary’s while the lake was frozen over was neat! We were able to see fishermen and their huts out in the middle of the lake. Mary even provided binoculars so that we could look out across. The windows out the back window facing the lake were perfect for viewing. There’s even an upstairs room with a deck and a view as well! We also took full advantage of the fireplace. It made our visit super cozy which was exactly what we were hoping for! We’re definitely keeping this place in mind for another trip - we’d come back in winter and also for summer to use the deck and other amenities available outside!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. The flexible checking and out is so nice! Loved that we could bring our dogs. We had a great time!

Jeff’s place was a perfect location for me and my friends to lay out heads down after a long day of skiing at Holiday Valley (only 7 mins away). Solid pricing and was perfect spot. Was exactly what we were looking for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for an event at Pitt-Bradford and our adventures in Allegany State Park, both very close. In a country neighborhood with lots of space around. The home was clean, quiet (even though only a short distance from Route 219), easy access, and had great parking. Perfect location and time of year to go outside and hear the spring peepers. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized, The Bluetooth speaker in the shower head was perfect for listening to the music throughout. Bottom line . . . Excellent place, excellent host, excellent location. I plan on staying here again. Thank you.

Kevin and team have a beautiful place. First, it isn’t listed as such, but it was very easy for my MIL (who broke her foot and has to get around on a scooter) to get in and move around. Second, the house had two of anything you might need in a kitchen (toasters, crock pots, sinks!). I could cook and not trip over others in the kitchen, which was great. The place was well laid out and comfortable. A true home away from home. I was in contact with Kevin and team for snow removal, which was done promptly even though it was quite a snowstorm. Great experience and fab hosts.

This home was beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for all of us. The home was fully stocked in the kitchen which is so nice. The table off the kitchen was perfect for playing games. The back room was so cozy and where we spent our mornings drinking coffee and chatting before breakfast. The home was walking distance to the Main Street that was filled with plenty of choices for meals, coffee, bakeries, even wine tasting! We are a hiking group and there were great hiking trails near by. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daryl’s place! He was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The location was amazing, extremely close to Holiday Valley as well as downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ellicottville!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

We were thrilled with the space! We definitely will book again! Perfect for a family that needs separate sleeping space and room to stretch out.
