Home away from home. the place is warm, immaculate and functional. Well furnished and stocked with little amenities that made us feel welcome as well as all we needed to cook for the grandchildren. The fire pit and BBQ outside were simple to use and allowed us to spend lots of quality time outside even though it was chilly. We played games that were at the house and the boys "glamped out" on the deck and sun room. Very quality home with so many special touches including wonderful baked blueberry bread for breakfast. Thank you Sherri we made wonderful memories!

Brenda's place was very nice. It had all of the listed amenities and was super comfortable. Plenty of room for a loft style space! I would certainly stay again as it is in a peaceful location and very close to town.

I enjoyed my stay at Debra's home so much! There was not a speck of dust anywhere in the house - it was spotless. It is obvious the home has been very well taken care of - it's "old house" charm is still there, but with all new amenities. The two bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, was a nice surprise for me. (I guess I read right over that in the description!) The beds are comfy, and the home is tastefully decorated - a bit of "throw-back," mixed with a bit of modern. The house is also surprisingly big - lots of interior space, big kitchen and seating areas, a great, screened back porch with rocking chairs (they make all the difference), an enormous fenced yard, and more. The location is also perfect. It's just a super-cool place to stay, and I will absolutely stay there again! And, Debra!! She was very quick to respond and help with any questions I had, and she's very kind (which matters). There was a sweet note, snacks, and drinks waiting for me when I arrived. Don't hesitate!

The house was clean and comfortable! If we had more time there and it wasn’t so cold, we would have taken advantage of the paddle boat and fishing….very secluded and peaceful!

The place was just what we needed while working in Ackerman. A quiet place to stay after a long day of work. Close to all the places to eat in Starkville, and a true bargain compared to getting a hotel. Place was spotless, has VERY comfortable beds, nice big TV's, and ice-cold AC. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Liz was kind, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a little bulldog reunion with some of my friends from college. The place was decorated for Christmas which was nice since this group won’t see each other for the holidays. I 100% recommend!

Brettany's place was delightful - the design theme of Mississippi Magnolia and books is so charming and whimsical!
