What an incredible space! We enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves. The elevator opened directly into our unit. A friendly staff member welcomed us with cool towels and gave us a tour of the hotel—a very nice touch. Our teens enjoyed the game room (pool and table tennis, especially) and we took advantage of the activities like the cooking class and walking tour (more of a hike). We didn’t need a car while there since the hotel provides shuttle service to nearby areas and many of the restaurants are on the same street as the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of the most stunning locations in Costa Rica, and it exceeded all my expectations. The natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking—lush greenery, pristine beaches, and vibrant wildlife everywhere you look. The accommodations were immaculate and designed to harmonize perfectly with the surrounding environment, creating a tranquil and luxurious retreat. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was unforgettable. Whether you’re looking to relax in paradise or explore the wonders of nature, this place offers the best of both worlds. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven in Costa Rica!

Amazing! We’ve done this trip in various locations across costa rica and Brian’s place was by far the best, especially for larger groups. The dreamy outdoor kitchen had all the best appliances and tools you could ever need. The pool and lounge area felt like what you would experience at a high end resort. The music hookup and lighting at night was perfect for relaxing and breathtaking sunsets and nighttime conversations. Some of us could even get in a morning workout given the great gym area available and would end it with a cold plunge. I literally can’t think of anything else we could ever need! Beyond being an absolute paradise, Brian went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare these days that the host is as invested in their guests’ experience as Brian, and it’s clear that he really wants his guests to feel at home and welcome. He always promptly answered any questions and was eager to help and give recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

Precioso alojamiento con todas las comodidades necesarias. Ubicado en medio de un frondoso bosque lluvioso tropical y jardines muy hermosos. Zona muy tranquila y privada.

This was our last place during our travels in Costa Rica. The host (Martin) was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all of our needs. He really made us feel welcome and at home. Very comfortable place, lot’s of room, great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything in working order, we used the grill every night to make home cooked meals for our kids. We where at the “pool level” and we had instant access to the wonderful pool and terrace. Wildlife was amazing from this place, we witnessed squirrel monkeys passing through the trees while we enjoyed coffee in the morning! Same in the evenings when we used the pool.

La casa es tal cual como en las fotos, la atencion de Paul fue excelente desde el momento de la reserva, fue muy claro con las instrucciones y siempre atento a cualquier detalle. la casa esta en muy buenas condiciones los cuartos son amplios, buenas camas, buenos baños y todos los equipos AC funcionando. el patio y area de pisicina muy bonito con mucha area verdes y muebles. la piscina es super grande no muy profunda pero genial si vas con niños (12+) o adultos mayores porque pueden estar en cualquier parte sin miedo. pudimos llevar a los perritos, el barrio muy seguro y tranquilo la playa esta como a unos 5 minutos en carro. super recomendada.

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tarzan Jungle Home! It was by far our favorite place we stayed on our trip to Costa Rica, and we even ended up extending our stay there. It is such a cool space and you can tell they have put a lot of time and effort in the property and it’s surroundings. The zipline and water slide were great additions and definitely made us feel like it was worth every penny spent. Also, the property manager Marlyn is amazing and so very helpful and responsive, as is the host Paul👍🏼 We would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again on our next trip!

Sams apartment is well and luxury equipped. We enjoyed to sit on the terrace and it was just a few steps to go to be in the pool area. Supermarkets and restaurants reachable within 3 to 4 minutes walk. We enjoyed our time in del Pacifico

This place is so incredibly unique. We were more excited about coming to this property than to some of our larger destinations during the trip. The alligator and all the animals there were so cool and the host was probably the friendliest and most welcoming experience I have ever had on Airbnb. They made sure we got to the property and once we were there they made us feel so welcome. We could have easily spent the whole week here. Be openminded when coming to this place. There’s a pretty much private beach you can walk to, an alligator with tons of birds to see, lots of very friendly dogs on the property who we loved hanging out with (they even walked with us to the beach), and it’s got it’s own pool.

The location would have been difficult to find so Johann met us in Parrita and we were able to follow him, so arrival at the right location was uneventful. We found Johann and Elke to be great hosts as they respected our privacy yet were always available anytime we wanted to contact them. They were more than willing to answer any questions, provide us with everything we needed for our stay. In addition, the sofa upon arrival was broken and once Johann was informed he went out the following day and purchased a new one for us as well as providing us with a brand new microwave. The pool was great, scenery was awesome. We found it to be a peaceful, relaxing surrounding.

Très belle maison avec tout ce que vous aurez besoin! Commodités adéquates et de bonne qualité, pour le prix dans ce secteur vous ne pouvez pas espérer mieux:) Propre, près du centre ville et à 5 minutes de la plage L’hôte est gentil, réactif aux messages, à tout fait pour nous accommoder en plus de nous donner d’excellentes recommandations d’endroits dont vous ne trouverez pas sur internet

Nos gustó mucho el lugar, muy fácil de llegar, tanto Julie como su papá nos atendieron muy bien y nos ayudaron cuando tuvimos algún inconveniente, y agradecemos que nos dejaran llevar a nuestras perritas que para nosotros son parte de la familia. Visitamos el café boutique que está ahí mismo y también nos encantó súper recomendado

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Julio war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war gut, sodass man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in Quepos ist, allerdings war es nachts auf Grund der vorbeifahrenden Autos und Lkws etwas lauter. Mit Ohropax war das aber kein Problem. Daher auf jeden Falls zu empfehlen!

Between the dedicated pool, listening to the howler monkeys, seeing the capuchins and squirrel monkeys pass by the canopy of trees every day, watching the mackaws fly by and forth & and the beautiful blue morpho butterfly, who needs to leave? The close proximity to the Manuel Antonio was very convenient. We took advantage of the wonderful & numerous restaurants. There's too many pluses with this VRBO to list.

Wanted to visit Manuel Antonio National Park but not be in the heart of the busy tourist area of Manuel Antonio or Quepos. Villa Tekla fitted the bill. Beautiful villa and pool (bigger than expected) in large tropical private gardens but near enough to amenities. The villa is owned by a Canadian author with many of his books available to read. Very good restaurants 5 minutes walk away. We especially loved Mangata Peruvian Restaurant (great value and outlook) and El Lagarto (excellent food, although expensive with superb setting to watch the sunset). Also enjoyed El Cerdo Felix bar for drinks/breakfast/snacks a 1 minute walk away. Local bus only 5 minutes walk from villa and a 10 minute ride to the park and beaches. Overall a lovely secluded villa to relax and enjoy the wildlife.

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

Staying here while visiting the Manuel Antonio area was perfect! Close to town, clean place, awesome caretaker. If I'm ever back in town I'll definitely check their availability again.

The property offers a secluded and serene escape surrounded by nature. Throughout the day, we were visited by incredible wildlife, from capuchin and spider monkeys swinging through the trees to iguanas and even capybaras wandering nearby. The house itself is beautifully arranged, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed—plenty of plates, silverware, and all the essentials to make cooking effortless. The bedrooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The pool was Incredibly cozy and the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of our Costa Rica vacation. It was a perfect place to settle in and unwind from all the adventures in our trip. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking meals in. We did enjoy the restaurant on the hill (which you can see from the house) but note they only take cash. It was rated at the top of the best Costa Rica food we had. The drive was not as bad as I had anticipated since we had drove in Monteverde and other mountain towns. Definitely steep in some parts but moderate to places we had encountered before. I would still suggest at 4 wheel drive vehicle. Take a book or a family game and enjoy nature from the mountain top.

Words cannot describe my experience at this property. From the moment of booking until post-checkout, everything was perfect. The vacation planning they offered was worth every penny and helped make our group trip go smoothly. The chef we had was very friendly, his food was AMAZING, and he was very flexible. My little one wanted to take him with us to La Fortuna, lol. Our concierge was welcoming and responsive. He was able to help with anything we needed. On our first night there, he even purchased scotch tape so I could hang up decorations for my little one's birthday. The housekeepers came daily, which was great considering we had 10 people. My favorite thing about the property was how surrounded by nature it is. We saw toucans, macaws, a family of squirrel monkeys, and various other birds. I cannot wait to return!!

The property was clean and comfortable, and the management team went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Their kindness, responsiveness, and the thoughtful touch of providing a house cleaner every few days made the experience truly enjoyable!

We absolutely loved our time at Jean's place. We loved the massive deck with amazing views of mountains, ocean, and most of all, wildlife. We loved swimming in the shaded pool in the afternoon while listening to howler monkeys. The space was large and had views from every angle. We caught the bus many times just down the hill (Quepos is one direction and the beach is the other). Jean was super friendly, very responsive, and had some great restaurant suggestions. We can't say enough about the place, the area, the wildlife, the people, and Costa Rica!

L’endroit est tout simplement paradisiaque! Les hôtes nous ont mis à l’aise immédiatement et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et attendus. L’endroit est intime et situé au cœur de la nature où nous avons pu observer beaucoup d’animaux avant même de se rendre dans le parc. Deux autres appartements se trouvent sur le site, ce qui nous a permis de rencontrer d’autres voyageurs également.
