Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.

Amazing place! I was blown away with how nice of a home it is. The amenities were awesome, pool, hot tub and sauna were a great diversion whenever it was raining. Had a large dining area that accommodated our family with a stunning lighting above the stairs and table. Had to reach out to host who responded quickly and was very friendly. Had two dish washers and a very large fridge. Enjoyed the home theater to watch Goonies and were able to visit all the major Goonies locations! The elevator was a very convenient and I would rate this home handicap accessible. The showers had great water pressure. This home felt like it had its own private beach which was very clean with soft sand to walk on. The town was also really quite with cute shops to buy souvenirs.

This was our third year vacationing on the coast but our first year in this area. We had a wonderful stay. The open floor plan and abundance of windows make this a great space with all the comforts of home including a great tv and an electric fireplace , a nice touch adding to the ambiance. The kitchen is one of the best we’ve seen, very well appointed and extremely clean. The path to the beach is well kept and a nice walk and the beach itself was fantastic. We highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful home.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We enjoyed the many beaches within a 10 minute drive!

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. The area is breathtaking! Comfortable beds, very clean, great ocean view! Side note: If you have knee trouble this isnt your place...LOTS of stairs. Absolutely would recommend this home!!

Loved this house it was super quiet area and peaceful. My kids loved it! fit all of us 4 super comfortable. House was super clean as well! I would definitely go back. I would like to say though the front does need some TLC bushes are all outgrown.

Our stay at Riad and Amy's place was amazing. The house was clean, has great amenities and was well-stocked with everything we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

Great spot for family holiday, short stroll to town and beach but quiet and private. Nice and clean on arrival, well laid-out with large bedroom suite on second floor and two bedrooms (queen and twin) on first. Large kitchen, a bit dated but well-equipped. Loads of games and puzzles kept everyone busy!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Our stay at Jen’s was great! The kitchen was well stocked so we could make our meals easily and the location to the beach was ideal. The place was exactly as described and it made for a fun weekend away playing board games and relaxing out of the city.

Rainlover has become a favorite for our family. It has everything we need, is maintained and clean, and is very walkable to the beach and the main shopping area in Manzanita. A great little house in a fun little beach town.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Great location in walking distance to the beach and shops. We loved the cozy , quiet and clean space. It had everything to cook meals and bbq. We would definitely return. Also loved that it didn’t smell of animals as there are no pets allowed.
