What a lovely little spot. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, with lots of local restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The apartment itself was a good size and was stocked with everything we needed while we settled in. We would have happily stayed longer if we could.

Our stay in Nelson was absolutely incredible! The flat is stunning—beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view and a gorgeous garden filled with colorful flowers. Watching the sunset from the terrace was simply magical. The lovely family hosting us made our stay even more special, welcoming us with a bottle of wine, delicious chocolate, and a beautiful bouquet. Such a thoughtful touch! There’s even a swimming pool, though unfortunately, we couldn’t use it due to the windy weather and our short stay. We truly wish we had stayed longer—this place is a gem. We would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Nelson and would love to come back!

I’ve stayed in many air b and b,s over the years and I can honestly say Joanne’s was the best I’ve ever stayed in! The accommodation was excellent! Beautifully decorated, homely, and she thought of EVERYTHING when stocking the kitchen. Better than what I have at home! Joanne and David were very welcoming, kind and friendly and provided us with lots of local information. I wish we could have stayed longer.

While staying in Nelson NZ for several days, Matt’s place offered everything we wanted plus more. Checking in and out was a breeze, and communicating with the hosts was warm, timely, and informative. The flat was super clean, had a spacious layout, and (a real treat) luxurious linens and several pillows. Both the kitchen and bath were well-equipped. Matt’s place is a 5-minute walk to Sublime Coffee and a few more minutes to ample shopping and dining at Trafalgar and along the beach. It’s a short drive along 6, outside, to access some of the region’s most memorable cellar-door experiences. We especially loved the floor-to-ceiling slider with picturesque views of sailboats across the street. The generous outdoor patio has everything you need. We also enjoyed having a reserved space in the parking garage.

Such a beautiful place to stay to explore Kaiteretere. Incredibly handy to everything you could possibly want. We didn’t want to leave! Great hosts, would highly recommend

Lots of space with a well outfitted kitchen. We enjoyed the comfortable chairs and the hot shower at the end of an active day. Plenty to do in the area, including walking and a cycling path right outside the door. We enjoyed the chickens, horses and puppies, and the roosters made sure we woke up promptly to make the most of each day.

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

A beautiful and very well-equipped house in a wonderful location. Amazing vantage point over the coast. Access is very steep and narrow - in a Toyota RAV we felt that we were right on the edge of the roadway and had a lot of work to turn the car around to get out. The property is very close to Kaiteriteri main beach but removed from all the hustle and bustle. Walkable to several other beaches and a quick drive to Marahau and Motueka (with a good grocery store). Beautifully designed house that opens up to several outdoor spaces to sit and soak up the fabulous views.

Very clean, welcoming and comfortable home ideally sized for a family stay. Erin had provided lots of local information including a great shortcut to get to the fabulous Java coffee hut. Lovely deck area complete with very clean bbq and umbrella. Plenty of fresh towels and a super equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Great location being just a 10 minute walk to wharf for restaurants and shops and also close to a very well stocked and modern 4 Square. Would highly recommend.

We had a great long weekend at the house catching up with long time friends. The house privided ample room for us all to have our own space, and was very comfortable for lazy afternoons in the sun. The house is well equipped with all neceasities and is in a great location for local amenities and ofcourse the beach!

This place is absolutely stunning - such a great view from the deck - nestled up in the forest with amazing views across Abel Tasman and an easy access short bush path down to kaiteriteri beach and the shop/ restaurant down there! The house was absolutely spotless, with really new and easy to use appliances in the kitchen and a modern bathroom. 5 of us stayed for a couple of nights after trecking the Abel Tasman and can’t recommend it enough. Would love to come back one day!

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying
