Great comfy house very comfortable for 2 families with young kids. Lots to do at the house plus close to activities and amenities.

The property was in the perfect location for us. It fitted our whole family easily and we had a lovely stay. Bathrooms are modern and super clean. All rooms are good sized and the property was very private.

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

An older style house but well cared for and in a great location. Walkable for everything in downtown Nelson. We had a super few days here. Another comfy bed!

A wonderfully unique property in a beautiful location. We had a brilliant stay with our family at this homely and picturesque spot. There were great places to eat and drink within walking distance too. We would love to return one day!

Nicky is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, and has been very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a lovely stay. Walking distance to parks and the beach. Thoroughly recommend.

Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

Great place to stay when traveling. Comfortable and quiet house. Toys for the kids - so they were happy.

We had a great long weekend at the house catching up with long time friends. The house privided ample room for us all to have our own space, and was very comfortable for lazy afternoons in the sun. The house is well equipped with all neceasities and is in a great location for local amenities and ofcourse the beach!

Caroline’s home is spectacular for so many reasons! She has a beautiful home inside and out and the decor was top notch! Caroline was a very gracious and welcoming host … will definitley be back!!! Thank you Caroline we truly appreciate you!

Lovely place to stay and good location to get to into Nelson or the start of Abel Tasman National Park. Rex and Molly the resident sheep an added bonus.

Lovely super clean property with great views over Nelson. Attentive host 😊Exactly as described and communicated. Enjoyed by our party of 5 x 70+ year olds, though confident driver required for driveway. (There is garaging for multiple vehicles). Will happily use again

We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern ‘home from home’ property. Wayne’s Sanctuary is welcoming, clean and well appointed with everything you need. The beds and lounge furniture are very comfortable. Full length windows flood the rooms with light. The kitchen in particular is extremely well equipped. The property is in a peaceful location with easy access to local amenities and beautiful locations. Lake Rotoiti is approximately 1hr and 15 minutes away and worth a visit. We would love to return when we next visit Nelson. We highly recommend Wayne’s Sanctuary. Thank you Wayne and Michelle.

Our stay was quick but it met our needs! The garden is lovely. Easy check in. The AC is only in the living room but cools that room well. The bedrooms were quite warm during the day (we were there over summer) but with cooled a bit at night if we opened the windows. One of the primary bedrooms doesn’t have a window connected to outside so it was a bit warm. I suspect this isn’t an issue most of the year. Overall we had a nice stay and the location is perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as described and shown in the images. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The host is approachable, friendly and was quick to respond to any queries I had. I would happily stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable home filled with the owners treasures. Great trails for walking, running and biking behind the house. Short walk in to Nelson city. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including homegrown veges and citrus from Hilma’s garden. Deck is lovely to relax on and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Beautiful outlook. Hilma is a great host and was quick to respond when I had some queries. As well as the trails we enjoyed frisbee golf in the nearby park which is also dog friendly - you can hire discs from MD Outdoors. Had a delicious dinner at Nahm (short drive from house) and great coffee and breakfast at Bobby Franks Cafe (walkable). Connings Pop Up great for fresh fruit and vege.

A beautiful and very well-equipped house in a wonderful location. Amazing vantage point over the coast. Access is very steep and narrow - in a Toyota RAV we felt that we were right on the edge of the roadway and had a lot of work to turn the car around to get out. The property is very close to Kaiteriteri main beach but removed from all the hustle and bustle. Walkable to several other beaches and a quick drive to Marahau and Motueka (with a good grocery store). Beautifully designed house that opens up to several outdoor spaces to sit and soak up the fabulous views.

Very peaceful location - house is surrounded by a leafy garden and is perched above a busy and bustling port. Great deck area at the back of the house to pass the time watching the port, or to do some work outdoors. House is elegantly decorated with Annabel's artwork and collectibles from travel and work in the Pacific islands. She also has a great collection of books!

This is like home away from home. Such a cosey house with all needs covered. Beautiful surroundings and homely. Close to town also.

Great time spent on Hartley! Large space, feels very new and fresh. Every area of the house was clean and tidy, with some homey touches. Beds were comfortable and oh man the shower pressure will be missed.

Thanks Greena, we had a wonderful stay. We have a 5 year old and there are a lot of toys so he never gets bored. Very comfortable and we feel right a home. 15 min from airport, selfried estate only 10 min away with playground if u like vineyards. Thank you very much again !
