Was in town for work and this was the perfect spot To come back to and relax by the lake. Sit on the deck if im ever in the area ill definitely stay again

My 2 day stay at Marnie and Brian’s tiny house far surpassed my expectations. It was absolutely perfect. I loved reading on the deck, the record player was also a wonderful touch. Marnie and Brian are such thoughtful hosts, they really went above and beyond with the amenities in such a small space. The hiking trails on their property are so well-maintained, and I was able to enjoy the nature in solitude. I’m already planning for a trip back. Thank you for being my new escape!

Exactly as the listing shows, great views, beautiful decor. Hot tub was perfect and ready to use, simply open and enjoy. We will definitely be back if staying in Peoria.

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

My colleagues and I stayed here for work the property was in the perfect location and the amenities were just as mentioned in the pictures. The host was amazing and very responsive. Would stay again.

Cabin was cozy, quiet and peaceful! Great location for nature, relaxing and out of the city! Had a great time looking at all the various decor places. Easy to find and enjoy all it had to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly is awesome to work with and gets back with you super fast. The place is great and location for us is perfect.

This tiny home is beyond adorable! It has the cutest furnishings and decor. It’s also close to restaurants, thrift shops, and the infamous Uncle Bob’s Ice Cream.
