What a special, SPECIAL place. I was so sad to leave and STILL wish I was there right now. The perfect little escape, was pretty much a wellness retreat. We got to reset and relax before the start of the new year in this storybook home surrounded by Mother Nature. Doing yoga under the trees, seeing all the hummingbirds and butterflies come to visit, enjoying the cowboy hot tub under the stars, sweating it out in the infrared sauna, and getting cozy inside the most charming home was exactly what we needed after a long year of work and travel. This is such a sweet and special place and we can't wait to return one day!! Amazing location. You can have all the privacy, peace and quiet you want, or you can go into "town" and grab a bite or get to the store if needed. Convenient, yet private - the winning combination when it comes to location. All of the stars go to the host - Lynne is a total sweetheart. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. We can't thank her enough!

We stayed here while our house was being remediated from the Eaton Canyon fire smoke, soot and ash. We needed a place we could not only take our dog but also an enclosed area. The property has a huge fenced in yard and our dog went crazy running around. Connie also has a dog and was great with ours. Since we live in Pasadena, we knew the restaurant scene and the town. We found out that it was going to take longer to finish and we had to extend our stay by a few days. That was not a problem and we worked it out. We talked with Connie a few times outside with our dogs and she was friendly. While there is only a kitchenette, it is no more than 10 minutes from dozens of restaurants in Old Town Pasadena (for out of town guests). One could actually walk there.

Connie is hands down the best host I’ve ever met! Incredibly generous, quick to communicate, and is so gracious to open her home to me and my event. Her home is absolutely gorgeous to stay in, is exactly like the photos, and when I hosted my event, all the guests were in awe. Connie has a way of making you feel like family, and I would book with her again and again (plus, all my party guests want to, too!).

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

The home was in a great location to Universal Studios and many other LA attractions. A good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Wonderful stay. Wanted to get away from LA and have a nature focused time with my dogs. Felt right at home. Perfect little cabin!!

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

My boyfriend and I were feeling super burnt out recently and found Margaret’s listing on Airbnb. It seemed absolutely perfect on paper but it somehow was even better once we got there. The Airbnb itself is beautiful— it has a lot of natural light and the decorations/pops of color in the space itself makes the space feel airy, welcoming, and charming. There are chairs and a sofa set up outside so you can take in the most wonderful and open view of the fields and flowers and mountains. We were able to relax and fully escape real life for a few days. Definitely recommend bringing a good book to sit outside in the sun to take in the views and light! Margaret also is a phenomenal cook— we tried two entrees for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend trying out her cooking! It made the experience even better. Margaret was also just the warmest host and was so responsive! I’ve already recommended this space to friends who also need a getaway. Highly recommend!

The Zen Treehouse was absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed into a serene oasis. The lush garden and inviting interior immediately set the tone for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The house itself was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of cozy spaces to retreat to for peaceful solitude. Everything felt high-quality and exceptionally comfortable. AJ was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and attentive every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again!

Loved my quick little stay here! It's so walkable to silverlake and a bunch of great food / drinks / coffee shops / etc. Absolutely fantastic location. But also is super quiet and peaceful! The backyard vibe was amazing, I could have sat out there all day. The lemon and orange trees were an awesome perk to enjoy!! This home is a very cute simple vibe. Nothing fancy, but lots of amenities (free laundry? yes please!!). Just a perfect cute little place. I loved being able to keep the windows open, the natural light in the place was great!! Amir is an awesome host with very clear instructions and a great house manual! I had very few questions, but when I did he was so quick to respond. I would stay here again anytime. Thank you, Amir!!

Keeping this one simple…clean, lovely, and cozy home minutes from Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl in a very pleasant family neighborhood. Noting that the eclectic neighbors have a cow and goat who wake up early with mooing and bleating. Personally, it adds to the cottage effect but some may find it a obtrusive if you are looking for absolute quiet. Otherwise, giving the home full marks a ross the board, so don’t wait and just book!

Craig was friendly, helpful, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly what I needed for a solo trip, and the location was quiet despite being only a few blocks south of the busiest part of Hollywood. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a lovely staycation to get rest after I had a recent surgery - wonderful location and walking distance to great cafes, food, and many things. Parking is super easy which isn't a given for beach towns and Redondo especially. The hosts are responsive and helpful and had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend! Thank you again.

We had a great stay at Amir's place. We loved the citrus trees on the property and the fenced in front yard was perfect for our dog. The Nespresso Machine was a great surprise for us coffee lovers! The beds are super comfortable and we appreciated the window air conditioners for those warmer afternoons. There's a children's and dog park that is a 1 minute walk away. We are looking forward to staying here again when we return.

This is one of the more charming places we have stayed in the south bay. Super easy check in - super easy parking. It is a half block from the strand and walking distance from the places/people we were visiting. Absolutely perfect! James (the host) was accommodating and accessible . We wanted for nothing. This will definitely be a 'go to spot' for us!

Wonderful, charming, and cozy house. Many thoughtful tastes by the hosts! Left feeling so relaxed after a nice trip in LA! The attention to detail was impeccable, including a serene water feature outside each bedroom to give a natural sound to sleep over normal LA noises. Thanks again!

Was absolutely adorable it was a planned trip for my boyfriend and me but instead it was a friend of mine and me was very comfortable and cozy and overall a perfect little get away spot would definitely recommend it to my friends
